No hot water, called front desk for kleenex and also room cleaning that never happened until my 2 request. Breakfast was not good seem to be out of alot of things and the parking cost is way too high.

We had a wonderful experience in our stay at this hotel. I totally recommend it!
The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was very big, the breakfast was good, and the hotel location good as well.

Friendly staff, fair prices, and plentiful choices for the complimentary breakfast. The soaps and hair products provided were also my favorite of any hotel I’ve stayed at! The little things matter, and Tru got them right.

The bed was really hard, the bathroom was dirty behind the toilet and during the night there was a young gal screaming outside our door and kept us awake, it went on for about 20 minutes before a hotel worker finally removed her

The check in was easy. The staff were very nice. The location was very convenient.The room was very clean. So far so good and we will be back.

Clean room. Late checkout allowed till 1:30pm
Breakfast had freash eggs saysage and fresh self-made waffles. Room temp was controllable and bathrooms very modern as well. Front desk peeps were professional and Kimberly was a Rock Star! Glad they had frozen dinners and pizzas available to purchase so trip to the grocery store NOT needed. Hotel is connected to the indoor / heated skyway walk from building to building as well. But might not all be open on weekends. It was easier to get a $10 Lyft ride.
