He just fixed this and logged the breakers to make sure that this doesn't keep happening. I do apologize that this was not on our ******* site, I will look into this and why it wasn't. We just also replaced the remote control for the TV.We hope to see you the next time you are in Denver area and the goal is to be done with the renovation before 12/25/24! Marriott properties typically get a renovation every 7 years. Ours is scheduled to start this coming Friday. We are very excited about the renovation and I am sure our guests feel the same way. I was able to talk to my front desk agent about this and the supervisor of the renovation project. We assure you that this is not the norm. 毫无疑问,这是我遇到过的最糟糕的酒店体验。当我入住时,他们给我安排了一间没有整理床铺的房间。毯子和枕头堆在床垫上。他们给我安排了一间新房间,但房间有股难闻的气味,两个垃圾桶里还有之前客人留下的垃圾,浴室里没有卫生纸,沙发上还有之前客人留下的包装纸。我再次投诉,但每个人都表现得好像这没什么大不了的,他们只会打扫房间。不要在这里花钱,不要住。
