As no alternative Kids Suites were available at the time due to high occupancy, we offered two Standard Rooms on the same floor as a temporary option for a quieter rest. However, you chose to remain in the original room that evening, and our team provided earplugs as a temporary measure.The following day, we were able to relocate your family to two Garden View Rooms, which offered a more peaceful setting. 酒店位置很好，离网红店和夜市都很近，房间面积也不错，孩子玩泳池非常开心，性价比很高，有机会还要来住。
这个酒店很适合亲子，尤其是3—12岁的小朋友，各年龄段都能找到自己玩的东西，离波普海滩和渔人码头很近，附近吃饭的选择相对较多，可以省去去外面吃饭的打车费用，适合带孩子出行。早餐中规中矩，属于够用的级别，最后一天的冬阴功汤和咖喱鸡肉不错。唯一不好的是电视机不能投屏，不利于外国人出行，到了晚饭后，真的就只能刷手机了。
年代比较新的酒店，主打亲子，确实一走进酒店，就切实感受到了。基本都是带娃的家庭。房间不算太大。餐厅中规中矩。周边比较方便。工作人员很有礼貌，热心。离机场比较近。
苏梅岛波普假日酒店3天2晚入住体验
先说优点：
- 从前台、行李员到客房服务，所有员工都非常友好。
- 通过Hindigo应用沟通，回复快速且高效。
- 酒店位于渔人村，地理位置非常优越。夜市就在酒店旁边，7-Eleven、洗衣店和摩托车租赁服务都在步行距离之内。
- 海滩就在酒店门前（尽管海水有点浑浊）。
- 观赏日出的绝佳地点。
再说缺点，主要问题出在早餐。对于穆斯林客人来说，选择非常有限，餐点严重偏向西式。说实话，我期望酒店能提供更多当地泰式菜肴，比如泰式叻沙或传统甜点，就像我过去在甲米、普吉岛和丽贝岛的经历一样。考虑到早餐费用并不便宜，我对菜单安排感到相当失望。感觉穆斯林客人被忽视了，尽管有专门的犹太洁食区。既然酒店有客人预订数据，提供平等待遇应该是标准做法。
我还会再住吗？可能不会。对于穆斯林旅客，我建议考虑其他更适合穆斯林入住的酒店。
拖了很久才写的这个评价。实在很生气，必须给一个真实的体验
首先我定的是2500一间的家庭套房。
到了之后给的房间是面向马路。见图1.
我特地外出观察整个酒店只有6间对着马路的房间
我定的时候大家看一下是家庭房带阳台，另外是家庭房，大家肯定觉得带阳台的好吧！见图2
当晚酒店窗的隔音为0。泰国的的摩托车声音大家肯定知道。一直到凌晨睡不着。我去前台沟通换给我房，值班经理是一位泰国男士，人不错，表示家庭房满房，但是可以2间普通房，而且不需要我搬行李。只要人过去好好睡一觉，睡醒了看第二天房型再更换家庭房。等我一小时沟通好回去，2个孩子睡着了，就没有更换。于是我联系携程让他们务必让我第二天不能对着马路！
泰国时间早上9点接到携程电话，已经和假日沟通，让我去前台就可以换房间了。
搞笑的事情来了，值班经理东南亚女性姗姗来迟，上来就说，女士你必须知道你定的房型就是对马路！！就是对马路的哦！！而且我们满房无法更换。如果你需要更换只能给普通乞丐房一间！一间！免费给你加个床，你们4个人睡
天啊，我听到后怒火飙升，那你隔音做好啊，收的钱还比普通家庭贵？
这个时候我就知道出门在外英文好是有优势的
我强硬的回复，你的解决方案非常棒，现在我不是投诉你们酒店，我投诉你个人，我是一个家庭主妇，无业人员，我接下来3年时间会每天写信去你们洲际集团投诉你个人的态度，歧视和业务能力。
这个时候这个值班经理脸色大变，马上说，我给你2间海景房。到这个时候我也没有更好的选择了，一家四口苏梅度假，被分割了2间房间

我在苏梅度假了20天，住了丽思卡尔顿，康莱德，安纳塔拉，假日，
不得不说，假日的差评是真实存在的，要去的真的要避雷。服务不行，游泳池水是混浊的，毛巾真的是灰色的。
最后携程处理人员还不错，算得上及时。
再次强调一下，如果不是我强硬的态度要求必须2间房间给我们一家4个人你们的女值班经理可是提供给我是一间房+一个加床（免费）这个是我吵架得来的，不是你们酒店提供的方案谢谢！另外请贵酒店加强隔音，我们没有出生在苏梅岛，你也没有明确的写靠马路。
天啊，这家酒店简直太棒了！服务一流，食物美味，而且为孩子们和家庭准备了各种有趣的活动和项目。

如果你喜欢冒险，过马路就可以在沙滩上晒太阳。酒店还贴心地准备了懒人沙发和长凳，让你尽情放松，享受阳光。
总的来说，这家酒店简直是块宝藏，尤其适合家庭出游。绝对是一次难忘的体验！
我们全家人都玩得很开心。房间很棒。儿童俱乐部活动很多，非常棒。喜欢游泳池，而且酒店就在渔人市场旁边（那里有清真食物选择）。我们的孩子玩得很开心，也很喜欢房间。他们甚至允许我们把猴子玩偶带回家。
酒店地理位置非常中心，去哪里都方便。房间很宽敞。卫生间和淋浴房用的是那种玻璃门，不过对我们来说没问题。因为我们带着宝宝，酒店还贴心地给我们办理了延迟退房。总的来说，一切都很棒。酒店有很多儿童活动，孩子们玩得超级开心。
酒店地理位置优越，房间也很宽敞……大部分员工都很友好，除了前台的几位。凌晨一点多的时候，警报突然响了，把我们都吓坏了。除此之外，这绝对是一家很棒的酒店。离步行街和夜市都很近。
一切都很好，包括早餐、清洁服务、泳池和酒店区域。旁边就是夜市。海水不是很清澈，沙滩是沙子和小石子的混合，海岸线往里走大概四米左右就开始变得泥泞。酒店本身还是很棒的。
