帮我办理入住的那位女士,真是太棒了!我忘了预订可携带宠物入住的房间,入住时她免费帮我升级了房间。她很乐于助人,尊重我,也很理解我。房间比我记忆中好多了。停车场还是很臭,但这是一家老牌汽车旅馆。床很棒,很舒服。还会再来的 :)
地点与网站描述不符。非常陈旧,墙上有洞。一张床还没铺好,不得不请工作人员帮忙铺好。早上8点30分去吃早餐,门锁上了。我拨打了门上的号码,结果转到了语音信箱。两小时后我再打过去,接电话的人只是打了个招呼。我不得不问这是否是酒店。不过前台人员很友好。以后不会再住这里了。
最初,我被安排在一个有人停车的房间里,所以他们不得不把我换到另一个房间来腾出停车位。走进新房间后,我发现配电盘坏了,一些电线裸露在外。浴缸、淋浴杆和淋浴喷头也损坏了,而且没有无线网络。早上提供的早餐只有欧陆式早餐,包括水果、松饼和咖啡,尽管他们在*******上的广告承诺提供全套早餐,但我觉得这很误导。
