This is the nicest hotel in the city. Excellent and professional staff and management. All facilities are first rate -- excellent swimming pool and dining room. Extremely comfortable room with a huge and nicely appointed bathroom. First rate.

This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. The food is overpriced and doesn’t offer value for money. The room lacked basic essentials — no telephone extension, no floor plan, and not even a hairdryer in the bathroom. Overall, the hotel felt poorly managed and far below expectations.

This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide.
