酒店本身很不错。我们入住期间，他们一直努力提供卓越服务，直到我们****。夜班工作人员非常乐于助人，他们半夜请来了医生（维克拉姆·谢蒂医生），这位医生真是太棒了。第二天他还在医院为我们做了检查和输液，并多次致电确保我们的安全。但是，第二天早上总经理的态度非常糟糕。他完全否认酒店的责任，尽管我们只在酒店用餐和饮水，而且我们清楚地指出了一种特定的饮品，就是喝了它之后噩梦就开始了。所以，在经历了一个在浴室里度过的、发着高烧的不眠之夜后，我们肯定希望能得到不同的对待。除此之外，酒店和普通员工提供的服务都很棒。如果您担心噪音问题，就不要选择河边的房间，尽管那里的风景很好，能看到鳄鱼和鸟，但晚上厨房风扇的噪音会比较大。如果您习惯了各种噪音，那就可以尽情享受美景了。

AURUM酒店的全体员工都太棒了，我和妻子都被他们的热情好客深深打动。无论我们有什么需求，他们都随时准备提供帮助。更令人惊喜的是，AURUM的总经理Srivatsya先生竟然花了一整个晚上陪着我们。他带我们去了酒店附近的一条小河边，和我们坐在一起，一起喝茶，招待我们时非常随和亲切。

酒店员工甚至还为我和妻子准备了一个惊喜生日派对，我们对他们的这份心意感到非常感动和谦卑。（附照片）

所有员工在服务我们时都非常平易近人。他们的总经理真是员工们的榜样。我们去过印度各地旅行，但这次的经历 truly 非同寻常。感谢“THE AURUM”！

Its a new hotel and we were excited for our stay. However, it was not suitable for people who go to the temple for Pooja. They have a strict check out at 11:00am, but the unyielding staff at reception didn't grant even a small extension. If you cross 11am you get hit with penalty. We booked a suite with two queen beds for a single night. The rooms were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were spotless with a separate shower area featuring an excellent rain shower. Our corner room on the 5th floor offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery. The staff were courteous and attentive: special thanks to Dhivya, Harshita, and Abhishek for taking such good care of us. While we skipped breakfast since it was available at an additional charge, we did enjoy dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The temple is just a 10‑minute drive away, and the hotel itself is easy to locate, situated by the river. There is also an outdoor pool, though we didn’t have time to use it. For guests arriving by car, the hotel provides basement parking. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and will certainly return if we are in Kukke Subramanya again.

Overpriced for the room, stain in commode, windows wirh stains, blinking lights which cannot be fixed..cold chutney, south indjan veg food not good, management not receptive

My wife and I had pleasant stay in hotel Arurum with a river view. Very peaceful environment with fresh air surrounded by greeneries. There is also small Shiva temple walking distance away. We would like to mention a few names we have encountered and serve us well. they are staffs of Awreate Rest and others including counter and souvenir shop who made us feel like at home Thanking You, The names in no particular order, Bnodini, Hanshita, Rajshree, Siliya, Soumya, Alok, Hariram and Priya and all those I left out, my apology.
