The Ramayana is a lovely and cosy hotel in Ayodhya with a warmth that makes you feel instantly at home. The staff are genuinely friendly and always ready to help, and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The food is excellent, comforting and full of flavour, and every meal feels thoughtfully prepared. They also take care of all the arrangements you need to visit the temple and explore the local sights, which makes the stay effortless and enjoyable. It is a wonderful place to relax and experience Ayodhya with comfort and ease.

We stayed at The Ramayana Hotel in Ayodhya in July 2025, and it was a truly peaceful and memorable experience. The hotel beautifully blends modern comfort with the divine atmosphere of the holy city. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, especially Mishra Brothers, who made our dining experience exceptional. Their kindness, warm hospitality, and delicious food turned every meal into a delightful moment. From breakfast to dinner, the service was prompt and full of genuine care.

I had food at there restaurant on 25th September and they charged 18% gst on food even after I objected they removed tax break up and told we have waived off gst for me which was a balant lie , this hotel staff are cheaters and still charging higher GST even after Modi ji claiming GsT reform, restaurant GST number is 09AAPFT4018A1ZA

Good neat clean hotel a bit away from the Ram temple on the ring road with ok restaurant food and clean linen with few rooms facing highway . Avoid laundry as they are not upto it… restaurant me giri the manager is good at his job while running hot water in rooms is a matter of luck ( our group changed rooms 3 times in 3 days in search of hot running water

Pros: The hotel is huge with a big garden area. Rooms are good too. Clean bedding & working AC. Breakfast is very good, so are the lunch & dinner options. Wifi is superb. Cons: The hotel is about 7 kms from Ram Mandir. To go from the hotel to Ram Mandir, the car/rickshaw can drive on the well-maintained highway. However, this highway is one-way, so to return to the hotel, the vehicle has to take the interior roads which was under construction during our visit in April 2025. Some stretches are good while others are REALLY BAD leading to a bumpy ride. Once the roads are laid out, it will be awesome. When we visited Ram Mandir & Lata Mangeshkar Chowk, we saw many hotels in & around the area. They did not look the best & the only advantage was nearness to the temple.

I booked a Suite for family of 4. It is spacious and has two sofas. Food in restaurant was delicious although breakfast was disappointing. It is close to a highway and if you go out , you can hear noises. Rooms were quiet. Plenty of parking available. Every thing is close by in Ayodhya. I would stay here again.
