Pathetic Hotel....No Basics of Customer Service. The owner call us and says that we do not understand the way we should be speaking to the customers. Cant even speak the right way to speak or communicate with guests. After 15 damn years in Hospitality industry , it is shameful to see such hotel and owners who own a hotel and pretend that they know everything. SHAMEFUL FOR THE ENTIRE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY !

The Linkway is well located among the small shoe and handbag shops of Bandra. It offers ultra clean rooms that are well priced. The 24 hr room service is 7 Star, just dial 9! The staff are friendly and helpful. The laundry was returned promptly 6 hours before it was due) ironed and luxurious. Awesome.

We decided to stay here after the taxi to Colaba from the airport took nearly 2 hours on arrival. It’s located in a market area in Banda West. Took half an hour from the airport on arrival in heavy traffic, 15 minutes on the way back (driven by a would-be F1 taxi driver). First appearances were that the hotel looks like a public hospital- concrete with bars on the windows. There is a slightly institutional feel on entering but the staff were friendly and the lad who showed us to the room was clearly proud to work there which is always a good sign. The room was fine, small but clean with ac and fan. Very little noise from the street below and bed was comfy. However for 3500INR I would expect hot water in the room. There are a number of western style bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel but no sights as such. As an airport overnight stay it was fine but you wouldn’t choose it as a base to visit Mumbai. Over priced too hence rating of 3. The room itself was a 4 but 2500 would have been a fairer price even for expensive Mumbai.

Situated in main spot.Hosputality was excellent 👌👌. Rooms and hotel was pretty decent for a budget stay. Very well maintained. Value for Money. We felt safe to stay there.

One of the best hotel in linking road, very good staff and hygiene and cleanliness is top notch have traveled mumbai many times and have had worst experience of hotels but hotel link-way is what in our favorite list now highly recommend

It is at a great location and rooms are ok, great owner and staff who helped with everything. Needs to give water bottle at-least in the rooms except that every thing was ok to live for a day or two

Stayed at hotel link-way for two nights with my wife and found it to be no-nonsense, neat and clean budget hotel. Those whether single or family, on official or leisure trips will find it suitable who are looking for safe, neat and clean hotel with all basic amenities at prominent location can opt for this accommodation. Pros : safe, no-nonsense hotel, prominent location (main road) with many good eateries and shopping places around, value for money, neat and clean. Cons : no in-house restaurant, having own small kitchen providing room service for limited options for breakfast (but meals can be ordered through swiggy and zomato. Conclusion : anybody requiring a decent stay having good aircondioner, neat and clean linen and rooms and a safe place to stay ***** with value for money can definitely go for this accommodation.
