Lovely village pub with great food and comfy rooms — but fix that cistern! I stayed here for one night while on a business trip to Keighley and came across this place on TripAdvisor. It’s a lovely local pub with just three spacious guest rooms. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall vibe of the place is warm and welcoming. It’s also dog-friendly, which I personally loved. However, I did have one issue: the cistern in the bathroom was faulty and kept refilling during the night, which made it hard to sleep. I later noticed a review mentioning the same problem from two weeks earlier, which was disappointing. Hopefully, the owners have now resolved the issue, as everything else about the stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend — just check the bathroom first!

Saturday tea time in January and the restaurant was freezing cold. Upon entering saw diners eating with their coats on. Taken to a table next to a radiator and they were not on. Very cold. The gravy with the pie was the worst ever just like coloured water. No taste what so ever just like warm water. Shame cos the pie was ok. The chicken sizzler had no rice …. Seriously no rice Saturday tea time , Tesco a mile down the road. Pretty disappointed with the experience .

Booked a table for our daughters birthday. We were not disappointed. Food was absolutely stunning. For a Monday evening the place was very busy, which is lovely to see. Staff were very attentive.

Fantastic, a hidden gem! What a great place. We stayed in The Hideaway, an annex at the back of the pub. The 3 rooms were comfortable, had great facilities and we all had a good night's sleep. Excellent food too. Highly recommend!

When selecting two menus they were nearly all sticky. We chose two of the less sticky ones and left the others on the bar. Later they were all back in the box told barmaid about it. She put them back, she said she was busy and would clean later. No one at the bar, four in the pub, busy honestly? I hate sticky menus they hold so many germs. Not been back didn’t like her attitude.

Good to see a pub busy on a Monday evening. Lovely meal - the steak and ale pie and chicken burger were particularly good. Only disappointment was the amount of steak in the steak sizzler. It was sadly lacking.

Called in for lunch today. very good hot roast beef ciabatta sandwich with chips, lovely soft bread and nice well done chips. Bit of a wait which wasn’t a problem as we were sat chatting in the sunshine. Would really recommend. Very busy but so worth the wait.

Visited today for lunch. Large portion sizes but very medioka food. Poor service. Wasn’t informed that some dishes had sold out. Had to go and request cutlery despite waiting for this to arrive. Disappointing visit, Wouldn’t rush back sadly.

We'd be here every week, if only we lived closer! Food is absolutely stunning. Proper pub grub as they say. Big portions (which I need to remember) and reasonably priced. I'd love to see a proper ploughman's on the menu, this place would do it well I'm quite sure! It's well worth the drive out even if just for a drink. All the staff are polite and friendly. All in all a brilliant pub.

This is my 2nd stay & both have been amazing. Location, food, rooms, cleanliness are all fantastic. However, it's the staff who stand out..... Both Donna & Lee on every interaction were friendly, helpful & engaging. I would highly recommend the Busfield Arms.... The food in the pub, accommodation & breakfast are all superb. I will stay again when in Keighley for work.
