Booked this hotel last minute in the evening for overnight stay, room 205 given to us it was full of cigarette smoke smell when complained I was told by hotel incharge that they don’t have rooms without smoke smell and they can spray room freshner, it was worst for me and my wife as we don’t smoke. Room 305 was given to us but it was too small, on MMT size was mentioned as 255 sq ft fir superior room but it was very small so when I asked hotel incharge he replied that he is not aware what all is showing on MMT as it is handled by their sales team, shocking it was. Room was dirty and had plastic spoon etc behind open mini bar refrigerator which was not even connected to a power point. Only two 500 ml water bottles were provided when asked for more water even RO water was not offered and was charged two bottles if extra water. Geyser was too small and was not working and we had to take bath with cold water in winter morning. Breakfast was inclusive but only had poha, paranthas, eggs to order and bananas, this is not even a basic breakfast spread. Bathroom just had toothbrush kit and two miniature soaps for bathing and hand wash, bath towels were hard and crispy like papad. Worst management and staff, no professionalism and courteousness. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent stay at Hotel Maru Casa, Jaipur. Very comfortable rooms and warm hospitality throughout. Special thanks to Abdul (Manager & Reception) for his professionalism and support, Mahesh at reception for being welcoming, Amit for a really great dinner service (food was really delicious) and Bablu & Mahinder for prompt and courteous room service. The staff truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Hotel Maru Casa, Jaipur, and had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were decent with satisfactory options. Overall, a nice and comfortable experience worth considering.

Nice experience ..The food was good the staff was very good in nature my experience was very nice..the rooms were nice... clean and so hygienic ..the atmosphere is very pure ..Overall my experience is very good 😊

Nice experience , the food was good. My room wasn't spacious enough. There was only one charging point . The infrastructure was kinda good specially the details on main door. Overall Satisfactory service. Room was clean.

The rooms were very, very comfy. The bed was very comfortable and if ur travelling with a 2 ppl and u, 1 bed is more than enough. If you are getting a second bed and it is making less space, you can ask for the reception to remove it. The dinner was very good and very tasty with the breakfast as a buffet so you can get everything you want there is one day upma and one day poha with sometimes muffins and sometimes and you aloo bhujia

It was great experience at Maru casa,
Food was delicious, staff behaviour was great.
Only three issues: 1) hot water not available 24x7 and 2) AC control is not possible as it is centralised. 3) Can not open window.

1. 早餐不尽如人意，选择非常有限（即使在满房的情况下也是如此）。
2. 房间不干净。到处都是顽固的污垢（因为酒店很老了）。
3. 洗手间不干净（到处都是污渍）。
4. 不适合情侣入住。
一切都相当不错。唯一有点不方便的是，他们花了20分钟才办完我们的护照手续。这种情况在其他酒店都没发生过。不过，房间的清洁程度几乎无可挑剔；或许浴室的瓷砖缝隙可以重新粉刷一下，但除此之外，没什么可抱怨的。
附近唯一的用餐选择就是当地餐馆。
