Located in an ideal area (very quiet, but right on LA-1). Very easy to find and get to. Friendly staff who went out of their way to make sure everything was good.

I’ve got a pretty low threshold for cheap motels, but this one was really pushing it. Air conditioning barely worked and the fridge did not hold temperature. Low effort on maintenance and cleanliness.
For $100, I expected better.

Not a damn thing … paid for room on line , drove up & did not like what I seen. You get what you pay for… but in actuality I would have paid $70
Not to stay there. This of course is a woman’s point of view, I went by ratings. Sadly disappointed.

Family owned and operated. Very friendly. Very clean. Small town feel. Safe and secure Walking distance to Blackies diner... Nice and open early for breakfast. Close enough to New Orleans to be there within less than 30 min. Well worth the price.

Perfect little getaway
This hotel was perfect! We stayed at it on a trip to see family! It was quiet clean and within budget. There was a mix up on the hotels website but once we say the owners fixed it! They owners were so sweet and just the nicest couple and their sweet children were so respectful! We will definitely be going back here EVERYTIME we come to town! It’s right in town and accessible to everything! Was not overpriced like the big name hotels! The beds were comfortable also !

Lost power for a few hours. No facilities for long term stay like washer/dryer. No easy access restaurants.

The owner is super nice. The area is safe, peaceful and quiet. Rooms are very clean. Family oriented. Friendly. Managment is available 24/7. Late night check in available.
