酒店回复: sınıf ayrımcılığı,aşağılama,tecrübesiz ve görgüsüz eleman ,misafiri azarlama ? ilk anda gülüp geçtik bu ve aynı anda muhtemelen aynı kişi tarafından yazılmış veya yazdırılmış bu fake yani sahte olduğundan nerdeyse emin olduğumuz yorumlara. 24. senesine girdiğimiz otel turunç-malmen faaliyetimizle ilgili çok şeyi tartışabiliriz ,ama “çamur at izi kalsın” yorumunuzda kantarın topuzunu kaçırmış olduğunuzu düşünüyorum jeonj 721

I enjoyed very much my staying at this hotel. The host is simply amazing – warm, attentive, and exceptionally friendly. His hospitality went far beyond my expectations. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay filled with comfort, friendliness, and true hospitality.

We’ve just returned from our third stay in about 7 years at the Malmen (see my previous reviews) and once again it was superb. The manager, Ilker, waited til the wee small hours for our arrival (even though, thoughtlessly, I hadn’t warned him) and welcomed us like old friends. As ever, the room overlooking the sea was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with good quality free WiFi, effective a/c, fridge, hairdryer etc etc. There are very secure safe deposit boxes in reception, which guests keep a key to. The free private beach - now with very comfortable new upholstered sunbeds - is just metres away, and a small pool is also available to guests. Best of all is the welcome you receive here from Ilker and his staff. They work tremendously hard to ensure you have a perfect stay - and it shows.

The hotel is located on the beach, they have their own beds on the beach which are available free of charge. The hotel rooms are simple, but clean and functional, everything works as advertised. The restaurant serves a good, full Turkish breakfast; eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, jams, honey, Nutella, bread, tea and coffee. What stands out is the staff, Ilker the manager is the most friendly and helpful person going. The cleaning ladies are charming and efficient, you can get your laundry done for free!! The restaurant staff, Fevzi, Hasan, Dervish and Şenol are fantastic, willing to go well beyond what can reasonably be expected to serve the guests. All in all, an outstanding experience made memorable by the people. Thanks to all of you for making this a memorable stay!

Nice location good food , rooms smart But the noise !!you just couldn’t get away from the DJ playing load Turkish dance music nearly all day ,to the point you couldn’t have a conversation so unfortunately won’t be coming back would recommend for young couples.

We arrived at the Malmen on the 4th June about 2am and was greeted by a gentleman ( Ilker Erester) he was very friendly, helped us up with our suitcases, and gave us all our information that we needed. He even put some cold drinks in our fridge as no shops would have been open in the area, which was a nice touch. 😉 The following morning he asked if everything was okay, my partner just mentioned if they had a bigger room as we where staying for 2weeks for a wedding and without any trouble he allowed us to change. Also the place was very spotless and the maids were also friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for such a lovely stay. We WILL be back.
