Enjoyed our stay at Tenterfield Motor Inn. The room was generous in size with a small bathroom. Windows that could be opened were a bonus, and no traffic noise at night. A lovely view to wake up to. Breakfast was delivered the night before and what a great breakfast it was and a nice surprise. You had lots to choose from when checking in. WiFi not that good.

I stayed there for 4 nights. the room was clean and tidy. The evening meals delivered to the room were excellent. The owners could not do enough to help answer any questions or issues. Would stay there again in the future

This motel needs some maintenance. My room was ok but the fittings are sub standard. The TV had a digital box and the cables hung fown in front of the window. Tje shower doesn't drain quick enough leaving you standing in 10 cm of water and the floor pan creaks and moves under your feet. It is also a bit noisy being close to the main road. The parking is undercover which was a bonus.

The motel was within budget but it was an uncomfortable two night stay. Room 3 shares paper thin walls with the family in residence next door. Their conversations and a crying child until 9.30pm did not allow for an early night sleep. The used bath towel left hanging on the back of the bathroom door from the previous occupant left a question on cleanliness. The shower could really use a bottle of Exit Mould on the grout. If you choose to book with this motel, my advice is to ask for a room at the back of the complex. It looked quieter and had good parking space.

Good location on NE Hwy. Good price. Clean. I arrived fairly late on a cool evening and appreciated that they had put on the heating so it was warm when I got there. A continental breakfast was included which was a bonus.

Lovely Motel, have been there now 3 times in the last 6 months in travelling through, and have been in 2 various rooms, both very clean, and spacious with great views over the grounds, added bonus car is completely safe and covered with your own car port and heaps of space both sides. You get a choice of breakfast included, very rare to see and hand delivered by the owners, a wonderful couple with no doubt happy family, very easy to deal with and so polite, l will definatly return again on my journey back , the bigger room has wonderful high ceilings and loads of light coming in, and a new tiled bathroom , all very clean, see you both soon, kind regards, Glen.

While interstate, my wife had a sudden admission to the Campbelltown hospital ICU. At 2pm I fronted to the Poplars and explained my situation. Tori was fantastic. There was no vacancy , but she heard my situation, and comtacted there maintenance person. A family cabin was quickly cleared for my son and me to stay in, and we had 3 nights there. I cannot express how much I appreciated their kindness.

I would like to say that the room was generally clean and comfortable. However, the lack of crockery and cutlery is an ongoing issue with this hotel. Not everyone is feeling like going out for meals after driving all day and when ordering take out or bringing your own food it is necessary to have the means to serve and eat it. The bear minimum in the way of complimentary toiletries is provided, hand wash was not included. A small plastic jug half full of water is not a suitable healthy alternative to Bottled water which should be provided for drinking and coffee or tea. Mostly the television did not have service, sound only and no picture only. There were no extra pillows provided and the ones that were provided were very thin and flat.
