We previously stayed at the Royal Hotel İnegöl. Before arriving, we called to ask whether an early check‑in was possible. The lady on the phone (Mehtap) immediately sighed and made comments she assumed we wouldn’t understand. This came across as very rude and far from customer‑friendly. A simple “no, that’s not possible” would have been more than enough. When we arrived at the hotel, her attitude was again unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel itself is fine, but her behavior completely overshadowed our stay. As guests, we expect polite communication and basic customer service. Unfortunately, she did not provide this, and it resulted in a very disappointing experience overall.

Everything was fine,Thank u for everything especially the staff was so kind. It’s was a pleasure to stayed in this hotel. When I arrived the hotel the guy was so kind, at the restaurant young guy also was so kind,good services especially for i would like to say thank you for cleaner the room was so clean and big if you come with your family I recommend to stay at the royal hotel İnegöl
性价比极高的酒店
首先，酒店位于伊内格尔市中心，地理位置优越。工作人员友好热情。然而，房间里弥漫着烟味。吹风机坏了。空调很吵。外面噪音不大，但我们住了一晚，凌晨4:30左右被邻居的谈话声吵醒。考虑到价格，我觉得酒店本来可以更好一些。
房间里没有合适的照明，电视很小，厕所很荒谬，毛巾架坏了，淋浴软管破了，衣柜不能用，如果不是必须的话，我们不会住在这样的地方。
房间里到处都是烟味。因为味道太重，我们不得不一大早就离开。
酒店位于伊内格尔市中心，房间非常舒适。这是一家非常舒适的酒店。
房间很大很干净。仅淋浴间可以清洁得更好一些。
我们拜访了伊内戈尔的一位家庭朋友并在那里过夜。
位于一条主要街道的中心位置。与工作人员协商后，可在同一大楼的停车场免费停车。
工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。
早餐美味又丰富。
