We had a great stay with family and friends for a week to celebrate my mum’s birthday. We hired the three cottages which are very special and well equipped. Fantastic views from the cottages. Lovely gardens . Quiet surroundings, all you hear are the sounds of birds chickens , ducks and peacocks. We would definitely recommend. If Errichel was round the corner from where we live we would be make this a place to meet for all family gatherings. Nice walking and running trails near the area. Nice rivers and lakes for swimming and canoeing. We loved every minute we spent in the area. There is also a nice restaurant on the premises that you can enjoy a nice breakfast, snack and or a good meal. Thank you Becky for the wonderful time we had.

It was a beautiful location with gorgeous views from the room. The place is run like a business with a restaurant and shop for nick nacks that are encouraged but the place had good breakfast and staff. I don't think anyplace else nearby would have been better. The only reason for a 4 rating is that all the other B&B's where we stayed had more personality which is important to me. I prefer a gray breakfast room with lots of charm and character to a brilliantly decorated and crisp, well lighted one. Please visit the Crannog Center in Kenmore and then stop by the Hermitage Nature Area in Dunkeld on the way to or from the Errichel.

Spent two nights at this stunning venue. Errichel is in such a tranquil and spectacular setting. The restaurant has nearly 360 degree views of the beautiful countryside and also overlooks a pond with much wild life. Delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner with excellent, friendly service. Food was very fresh, beautifully presented and tasty. The deli has a huge range of tempting produce. Can't wait to visit again.

Having only discovered that establishment was not cleaning rooms at the last minute we were reluctant to go. However as they had already pre charged us for our 3 night stay (+£400) we felt we had little choice. The location is remote but v picturesque. Rooms were ok (bathroom v modern but bedroom not as much). TV played up from start to finish. Despite it being v quiet we had lots of pre stay confusion over dinner bookings and having taken bookings for 2 nights they told us a month or so before that they were closing restaurant on those nights! We eventually sorted but....it didn't feel a great way to treat guests. When we arrived the chef/owner greeted us with his Covid financial woes! As if we needed to hear - we had a close relative who died but I wouldn't expect him to be interested in that. The waiting staff were young and v pleasant. Food was ok but steaks (at £28.95) were ordinary with boring accompaniments and Thai curry was as far away from Thailand as you could get. After night 1 dinner, we went to room and were followed up by waiter who advised that no charges could be put on room so he had card machine for us to pay at room door! Breakfast was good. However, everything felt v measured. At my request we were given new bath towels every day but bin in room lay for 3 days as did toilet etc. No cleaning products were provided to clean toilet etc even if we wanted to. As I said to co owner a hotel stay on that basis becomes more like self catering with breakfast. In my view the decision not to clean rooms just doesn't make sense as everyone ends up with a dirtier environment etc. I really think this is as much £ oriented as Covid which I fear some people will drag on for as long as possible (indeed having said to owner that I was looking forward to changes in Scottish Covid restrictions on 21 March, he advised that for them little would change)! Really! Do some businesses want to be rejuvenated or not. We have stayed at this place before but we will be trying something new in the future.

We didn't stay - we had booked a farm tour. Becky delighted us and our grandchildren by taking us round and feeding hens, geese and lambs. The kids loved it - and so did we!. Becky was a real enthusiast for the animals and it was a delight. We also had a brunch in the bistro which also was first class.

We did a farm tour with a lovely brunch. Becky was passionate about the animals, and clearly holds them in great affection. We bottle fed lambs, which we haven’t done before! The meal was excellent, and we bought picnic food from the deli- we may have to return to get more, because it’s very good, and we have almost finished it!

Had been looking forward to my stay for a long while and heard so many good things about the food, I did not expect just how beautiful the location and grounds were, or how spacious and cosy the cottage was with the most amazing view down the valley. The cottage had everything you could want and was so light , first time I have pillows that suited me down to the ground , never been so relaxed. I loved exploring the grounds watching the birdlife then popping to the Deli was treats, the cheese plate was exceptional as was the take away cook at home pizza and meals I had ordered to cook at the cottage. Cannot fault any part of my experience apart from having to leave. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful too even when dealing with someone who,s brain had gone on holiday . Highly recommend as aget away from kit all treat or if you are a foodie.
