I visited the hotel and made room rate enquiries. Upon leaving the receptionists said I didn't need to validate my parking, only for me to receive a PCN, which I replied to, followed by a CCJ letter. The whole time I wrote the hotel to deal with this since Jan, 2025 and again in August, 2025 with no reply via email. After multiple calls to speak to a manager, I finally spoke to someone who said the free parking was for 10 mins and since I parked for 16 mins, it's my problem to resolve and hung up. I called back with no answer. I'm awaiting the courts decision.

If i could give negative stars I would. When we arrived I walked in to change the reg I’d put online for my car as I had to bring a different car, the receptionist told me it wasn’t his problem and that I need to call the number on the parking signs. When I called it was just a phone number to pay for parking, I went back in and explained again and had to essentially explain the receptionist I booked the parking through their own website when booking the room, eventually after a lot of convincing that I did in fact pay for parking on there website he changed it very quickly (could have been done easily in the first place). Whilst in there, another guest was at reception complaining she had no hot water for over two hours and she needed to wash the hair mask out of her hair to which she got told “It’s not my problem, I’m just the receptionist and not the hot water man”. When we returned an hour later to check in, she was still there with her hair mask in complaining she still had no hot water (didn’t check if we had hot water though). When I asked if we could check in at 13:34 even though check in was at 14:00 the receptionist said we’d have to pay £10 early check in fee as we’re checking in more than 15 mins early, when I said we’d wait he then checked us in no fee. Walked in, absolutely stunk of cigarettes. The room was mouldy in the bathroom and in the walls however it was good size. The toilet seat was falling off, the bed felt damp, there was broken sockets and switches. In the morning the TV fell off the wall (hit my partner in the head) and we found that it was only being held in by two screws. When we told reception he asked if we’d reported it to which we said it had only just happened. He seemed to not really care at all. The hotel felt so unsafe in the area, we resorted to leaving our luggage in the car while out. Overall absolutely foul hotel, do not go here, I wouldn’t recommend it to a rat. (Although suspiciously what was hanging out the smelly aircon looked like a dead animal, clearly they didn’t have a good experience either).

史上最差的酒店!!!我订的是两个大人的房间,下午 3 点 30 分到的,下班后我当然想洗澡但是水太冷了,我告诉他们,他们试着修好,所以当水终于在晚上 10 点修好时,我去淋浴,水先是热的然后又冷了,所以不能洗澡...房间里只有一条毛巾,但我订的是两个大人的房间!!!电视频道一直卡在那儿,服务员换了有线电视,遥控器裂成了几乎两半,淋浴门坏了关不上,整个房间只有一个插座,在房间另一边的桌子下面,床的两边都没有插座……这家酒店太肮脏、太脏、太旧了,急需维修……找个接待员真不容易,因为接待员也是酒吧的服务生,负责提供饮料。这是我第三次来这里,我想我会给他们一个机会,但每次来都比以前更糟糕……这个地区有很多酒店,都避开这家。
位于东伦敦巴金林顿路 2 号的梦想酒店的经历非常糟糕。我一生中住过的最差的酒店房间,房间很脏,墙壁上有污渍,有洞,天花板和墙壁上都有。踢脚板油漆剥落。淋浴间有黑色霉菌和黑色头发,令人恶心。一个电源插座破裂了,很危险,水壶插头经常脱落,浴室的墙上有血迹,衣柜上粘着口香糖。衣柜快散架了……总而言之,这是我阻止过的最糟糕的酒店,新顾客要知道这是一个贫民窟。
