My family and I needed a place to stay for one night. The hotel staff were welcoming, polite, kind and helpful. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. It was an enjoyable stay.

Property outside was nice. Front desk staff ladies were amazing!!
House keeping did not bring towels to my son room last name Luppino he and his fiancé had no towels for shower he had to leave the room and request cause it was not replaced the day before as they didn’t come to clean
My room 204 we had to tell them to pick up the garbage and the room smelled of prior pets I bought air freshener!!
Paid for four rooms Sept 18-21 and on the overall not sure I would return way too much money for issues that could have been avoided and rectified!
As a business owner traveling from NY with our family it was a below average experience to be honest and i always make sure my customers are happy and if not i ensure I compensate to make it right.

第二次入住了，上次官网预订，这次发现携程便宜很多，果断下手。正好又碰到长周末，酒店人比较多，和去年来接时候没有区别。不过这次分的房间床不大舒适，当中凹陷严重。
随时都有茶点、水果，非常好
第二次入住。地理位置优越，工作人员彬彬有礼，办事效率高。还帮我关联了万豪账户。房间一如预期，干净整洁。
住宿体验很棒。干净整洁，员工礼貌周到，早餐美味可口。床很舒服，设施也很齐全。
取消政策太差
我出现了医疗紧急情况，但他们却拒绝接受取消请求。
我办理入住和退房时，前台没有人。等了一会儿
需要改进，让有人站在那里，而不是让顾客等待。
浴室地板和马桶座又脏又粘，地毯也已经破旧不堪。
