The desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean. I did have trouble working the curtains. I didn't realize you had to use the buttons and I had trouble getting them to open. The breakfast smelled good but I didn't have breakfast there.

I requested a different room and this gentleman says no option to change anything. I had an ADA room. That could be use for a real ADA person . That really needed it..
第二次入住了，上次官网预订，这次发现携程便宜很多，果断下手。正好又碰到长周末，酒店人比较多，和去年来接时候没有区别。不过这次分的房间床不大舒适，当中凹陷严重。
随时都有茶点、水果，非常好
第二次入住。地理位置优越，工作人员彬彬有礼，办事效率高。还帮我关联了万豪账户。房间一如预期，干净整洁。
住宿体验很棒。干净整洁，员工礼貌周到，早餐美味可口。床很舒服，设施也很齐全。
取消政策太差
我出现了医疗紧急情况，但他们却拒绝接受取消请求。
我办理入住和退房时，前台没有人。等了一会儿
需要改进，让有人站在那里，而不是让顾客等待。
浴室地板和马桶座又脏又粘，地毯也已经破旧不堪。
