From the extra clean room to the delicious breakfasts in the morning, Hotel Star Fish is an excellent choice for your stay on Isabela Island. The location is great, walkable to everything you will need. Carlos is beyond accommodating and will ensure your stay is perfect. Our family of four couldn't have asked for more!

Helpful staff and good location
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had warm water for showers but it did run out for the 4 of us. They had clean water and fruit for us and a good breakfast. We were pleased with our stay

Since the town is small this small hotel is easy walking distance to numerous restaurants, beach and port where the tour boats leave. The room was nice and clean. The WiFi worked most of the times. The bathroom was nice too but there were issues with the hot water (in our room it was too hot, our friends' room not hot). We had a superior room and our friends had the standard room. However, there was not much difference. The manager did not speak any English but he was very friendly and somehow we got our messages across. There is a water dispenser at the reception where you can refill your bottles for free. We did not have to buy any plastic bottles which I very much appreciated. The hotel has no restaurant but is somehow linked to the restaurant just across the road where you can get breakfast etc. It served as a perfect base to explore Isabela!
