Property was very good with ample parking space , neatly maintained and very nice service. Veg restaurant food was not good but the non veg food (order only option available) was very tasty.

Stinky bathroom, they have a serious plumbing problem, the shower curtains, were moldy and need a good cleaning, the beds were ok but had a heavy cover and no top sheet and the sheets felt rough against the skin, breakfast was ok, a bit minimal. We would not stay here again and don’t recommend it.

No customer oriented. Booked for 2adults and 1 kids of 10 years, was very difficult to sleep in queen size bed asked for an extra bed and charged additional 728. Room size is 10*10. Also provided only mattress for extra bed that you need to sleep in floor. Management has many out dated policy and better to avoid this property.

I requested for additional tea bags and creamer and my request was out-rightly refused. I was told by the person at the reception that they give only once in 24 hrs and i have to wait for the next day. This is absurd. I have travel-led all over india and nowhere did i get such an answer. If one goes by strict calculations then the question i would like to ask is whether did they provide sufficient tea bags and creamer in the first place?

No cleanliness in the rooms.. dust was all over the room floor. Complimentary Breakfast is below average. In-house restaurant food is also below average.
