A piscina não é no mesmo edifício que o apartamento, mas o restaurante também não se encontra nesse edifício ao lado, e a recepçao tambem. Temos varios apartamentos e sao todas fotos dos apartamentos, nao sei que fotos viu..O parking é publico mas nunca tem problemas de espaços de apartamentos, lamentamos muitos mas ficamos sem perceber os fundamentos da sua reclamação

Both staff at the front desk was amazing. My check in and check out were outstanding, staff was very corteous and professional.

We did not sleep at this property the key did not work properly in the door. The neighborhood was unsafe. Did not look at all like pictures. The breakfast, the rooftop shown in pics and descriptions….was a block away at Hotel Santiago. We left messages at front desk of Hotel where we stayed for 1 night and payed out of pocket. Still have no reimbursement for other accommodations we did not use.
