The hotel room sanitation is too poor & toilet was dirty after when entered in the room at 7 pm on 28/03 .Full of mosquitos & after repeated reminder they have not put any mosquito repellent in the room. In the morning they have served black tea , when ordered, in broken cup with unhygienic way when complained they had replaced it with good cup but tea was test less & looks unhygienic , and I had thrown away it after taken one sip , but they charged Rs 56 for such tea.Room service are very bad .Every service request require atleast 2-3 times reminder & served after hours . Altogether it is horrible stay for a single night.

Better than worse and less than good, TV was not working properly, couldn't turn off AC swing though it was working fine. Bathroom was very good, average bed sheets. Recommended to stay for one night if you get it around Rs 1200 or so but not 2k

There is no service after check-in, No toiletries are there , old desk and dirty chair, No reception took calls,
booked for 2 nights. But had to checkout after one hour as no one bother to connect with you tried all the call and number there.

Terrible rooms. Stingy, Smelly and bad. One of the worst places I have stayed at this price range. Bed bugs also

Hotel didn’t provide basic services. Bathroom doesn’t have soaps, shampoos or anything. Requested multiple times but they ignored. We booked rooms with breakfast but somedays we didn’t get any breakfast.

Bad sheet was dirty, room was smelling bad, bathroom was not clean lift was very dirty, I have never stay this type of hotel it’s horrible

This Hotel is one of best in Ghaziabad, The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
