酒店回复: We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay with us. We do have a kitchen for guests to use so that would have been where the smell came from. As for it not being clean we do have a great staff that make sure it is well maintained and we do wash our carpets more then most hotels do as we know there shape.
酒店回复: We are an older hotel so the building does have some quirks. We do have updated usb plug friendly alarm clocks for this reason. As for the breakfast we do offer a lot more then cereal, It is not a hot breakfast but we do have an aray of other cold items to choice from.

Just a bunch of little things. Booked third party but was supposed to be a queen with a pullout instead was just a full size bed. Lamps missing lightbulbs, shower dripped, heater fan was funky. Quirky things you expect in the cheapest hotel in town. Really just needs some updating and better maintenance.

Staff was outside smoking when we arrived. Toilet did not work properly as plunger system was broke and disconnected and we had to manually fix it each flush. Room was tidy but not very clean and something bit us during the night, we had small red dots on our skin in various places. TV had limited channels to choose from. Breakfast was served at an entirely different building across the street and not a very good selection of food and the food workers long hair was wrapped into the cheese slices and I pointed it out to her that she should wear a hair net as her hair was getting wrapped around the cheese slices she was hand packing.

As far as the breakfast, we have never gotten any complaints about how bad it is. They have a better breakfast than most hotels. As far as the staff, my desk clerk who worked that night does not even smoke.

Nice staff. Older hotel but everyone was nice and it is a great value for a place to stay. Owner was very good about giving us a refund when we cut our visit short by a week.
I rated as 3 star because it is an older hotel but the owner and staff were great. Maybe I should have rated a little higher.

Nice variety for breakfast. The room tho … neat and clean but smoke detector and one fixture lightbulb missing. And I had to hook-up the sink drain plunger!

可爱的小木屋。非常适合在旅途中快速落脚。正如其他住客提到的，房间里没有咖啡机、微波炉或冰箱。干净。淋浴间很不错。下次还会入住。
空调噪音有点大。早餐选择令人失望，咖啡也喝完了。不过床和枕头很舒服，环境也很安静。下次还会考虑入住。
每个人都很友善。酒店看起来像是新开的。房间里我们所需要的一切都有，冰箱、微波炉、床铺！我会再次预订这家酒店的。
我不知道这家酒店如何才能获得 8.0 分（满分 10.0 分）。酒店内部有股难闻的熟食味；地毯磨损且有污渍；其他客人就在入口处吸烟；酒店外部只能给 3 分（满分 10 分）。我觉得房间不干净，也没有臭虫。
酒店设施陈旧，插头很少，门和水龙头吱吱作响，走廊很吵，免费早餐只有两种干麦片，仅此而已。多付一点钱去别处吧。
