酒店回复: We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay with us. We do have a kitchen for guests to use so that would have been where the smell came from. As for it not being clean we do have a great staff that make sure it is well maintained and we do wash our carpets more then most hotels do as we know there shape.
酒店回复: We are an older hotel so the building does have some quirks. We do have updated usb plug friendly alarm clocks for this reason. As for the breakfast we do offer a lot more then cereal, It is not a hot breakfast but we do have an aray of other cold items to choice from.

This property wasn’t “dirty”, per se, but it did smell like cigarettes in our room and the room was very outdated. The door going into the building did not lock and unlock properly, which was unsettling considering it was me and my mother traveling together. We got there late and there were two sketchy individuals hanging around the front door, and since the doors didn’t lock properly we didn’t appreciate that. Nothing happened, but just something we didn’t care for having to worry about. The breakfast in the morning was fine, nothing special. It’s an okay stay for a one-night pass through, but I would maybe stay somewhere else next time.

Very friendly and helpful check in staff. At this time in history, it’s kind of hard to make ends meet, but if they could find ways to start freshening up a little. It would be helpful. The breakfast could use some quality fresh fruit. Their main star is their staff… All very kind!

Glendive Lodge
This is a rehabbed Super 8. If you are on a low budget it will suffice. The staff were very nice. I wouldn’t stay there again but you get what you pay for.

Very clean and comfortable room.
Though the room was no smoking the hallway smelled of tobacco.
Also staff was right outside both front and back entrances smoking. Whew!!

可爱的小木屋。非常适合在旅途中快速落脚。正如其他住客提到的，房间里没有咖啡机、微波炉或冰箱。干净。淋浴间很不错。下次还会入住。
每个人都很友善。酒店看起来像是新开的。房间里我们所需要的一切都有，冰箱、微波炉、床铺！我会再次预订这家酒店的。
我不知道这家酒店如何才能获得 8.0 分（满分 10.0 分）。酒店内部有股难闻的熟食味；地毯磨损且有污渍；其他客人就在入口处吸烟；酒店外部只能给 3 分（满分 10 分）。我觉得房间不干净，也没有臭虫。
酒店设施陈旧，插头很少，门和水龙头吱吱作响，走廊很吵，免费早餐只有两种干麦片，仅此而已。多付一点钱去别处吧。
