The Angel Hotel does not offer a breakfast service, and staff are only onsite from 3pm to 9pm for check in, therefore staff being in the kitchen during breakfast is not possible. We stayed one night sat the hotel, it was good value for money, our room was clean and comfortable with a king size bed. We had a very good night's sleep. The lady on reception was very friendly and welcoming. There was no breakfast but lots of places to eat in town.

We stayed here while attending a wedding at The Cliff Hotel and wanted to be nearby. Check-in was a bit unusual — we had to collect the key from a pub in the middle of Cardigan, which was slightly awkward as we were in a rush to get to the wedding. That said, the staff were very helpful and did their best to accommodate us. The en suite room was a good size and reasonably priced at £80. My only gripe, which is common with many hotels, was the mattress quality. Having worked in a bed store, I have a fair idea of what a decent mattress should feel like, and unfortunately, this one fell short. I have a bad back, so I’m always a bit nervous after nights like this — but thankfully, I woke up without any issues the next morning.

My friend and I stayed at The Angel, Cardigan in a twin room. It was clean and tidy. The kettle is quite dangerous as you have to actually pull the socket out of the wall to pour the water into your cups. Its in 1 complete unit and I actually received a small burn as I didn't realise it didn't come apart. There is no lift and our room was at the top of a narrow staircase. Thankfully we had assistance to take our cases up but unfortunately did not get any help when we left as reception does not open until 3. If you are of age like me and not very mobile I would not recommend this room (Room 9). Apart from everything I have written, the staff were very nice and The Angels location is good. We would use it again but ask for a room much lower down. It is also a very good price. They do not serve breakfasts.

For a return visit, unfortunately there are no rooms located on other floors. All guest rooms are located on the second floor, accessed by stairs only. As the building has a rich history and is listed, we are unable to remove certain features and is the reason that we are unable to install a lift.

We've stayed for the last couple of nights and unfortunately felt the need to request a refund for at least one night. The stay was absolutely awful. Told 24hrs before arriving that a nightclub was downstairs (not a lot we can do about it then!) and then our room was right above the outside area so it was thumping music and unruly drunks until 2.30am on the first night. Second night we were woken every hour from 2am with fans going, toilets flushing, showers going! I’ve never known anything like it. Our complaints were shrugged off and no-one even had the courtesy to respond to our email.

Nice comfortable spacious room. No food is served here but plenty of places within walking distance. Rooms are on the second floor and there isn’t a lift. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a bar and nightclub on the ground floor used for some club nights and private parties but it’s only used on some Fridays and Saturdays. There was a party on the Friday when we was there but very little noise. Opening hours are 3pm til 9pm for check-in and the bar area. No car parking included but there is a pay and display car park just around the corner. Really enjoyed our stay a very quaint and pretty place.

酒店很一般，看起来很旧，家具也很旧。门很薄，甚至不到地板，所以你可以听到走廊里任何人经过的声音，给人一种完全不安全的感觉。
房间没有打扫干净，我们发现了一袋麦当劳的剩菜。此外，天气很冷，当我们向接待处询问时，他们告诉我们“稍后”会打开，结果他们在晚上 9 点打开，半夜又关闭，晚上平均温度为 9 度暖气只工作几个小时是不正常的。退房时，我们通知我们归还钥匙，由于时间恰逢早餐，而且大家都在厨房，所以他们告诉我们把钥匙“留在”接待处。
