我完全被骗了,本来应该住到4号,结果酒店突然改期,收了我100美元的延迟退房费。我和自闭症孩子的旅行毁了,酒店还花了我990多美元。如果我得不到立即赔偿,我就寻求法律顾问的帮助。这简直是一场噩梦。
我住在一楼,大部分时间都很吵。晚上我睡不着。
我预订了一间双人套房,工作人员却把我安排错了房间。这真是太不方便了,我竟然没有收到任何信息或电话。这种情况肯定会发生。我需要退款或某种形式的补偿来弥补由此造成的不便。
我们必须搬到另一个房间,因为灯不亮了,然后我似乎降级了,因为房间没有同一个客厅,盘子就是那样,地板上有水坑,厨房没有储备。电视有问题,不能用。...
不要指望问题能及时得到解决。
入住 4 天。
第一天,前窗电子装置的主要窗帘坏了,所以开着。第三天的维修包括取下窗帘。他们指导我们使用沙发垫来控制窗户以保护隐私。
第一天没有暖气。
第二天没有暖气
第三天暖气修好了。
第三天晚上,第四天整天都没有修好——马桶堵塞了。要求使用柱塞。试图使用,但没有用。甚至到第五天退房时马桶也没有修好。再次向前台提及,他们说会通知管家。
30 年来,我从未听说过如此懒惰的后续服务。度假或待命的帮助没有跟进重要问题。希尔顿 Home2。
