美中不足的是酒店游泳池水太冷了 希望能够稍微改进一下
设施：装修很旧、房间也很旧、特别是酒店的床睡的腰酸背痛，枕头也很不舒服，被子也是那种感觉旅馆得被子吧，如果实在要订这个酒店的话真心建议带个花洒滤芯，水质很差，连续订了两晚都不想住两晚了，每天早上早上被各种房间关门声吵醒！！很不隔音
酒店位置还可以，挺方便
这是我今年6月入住该酒店以后，时隔4个半月再次入住。主要是位置很方便，旁边就有几家知名餐馆以及brunch店。
酒店服务一如既往很好，不用交押金，大家要记得自觉不吸烟。
前台赠送了水果和饮料，还帮助延迟退房，体验很好，虽然酒店不是豪华五星的享受，但如果夜晚落地曼谷，可以选择这里，或者白天在外有很多事的情况下，选择这里过夜也是不错的。

太棒了！员工非常热情主动，坐车刚到酒店门口，便上前帮忙开车门，帮拿行李并一路送到房间！整体环境好，房间舒适，享用欢迎水果、小吃、饮品，入住高层俯视窗外城景，餐厅高档大气，早餐丰富！

近一年我来了两次曼谷，住了三家酒店，这是我最满意的一家，甚至比我近期去过的其他海外旅行的酒店都好。
无论是保洁人员还是前台员工，大家都非常友善。房间状况很好，打扫得也很干净。
酒店位置在大使馆、银行和酒店的聚集区，晚上有点堵车，而且离地铁站需要步行十分钟，这些有点不方便。不过也正因如此，这里非常安全，即使我一个女生晚上出门也不用担心，这一点我很喜欢。
附近有很多韩国人喜欢的餐厅。前台有一位韩国员工，她很热情地给我推荐了很多美食。我预订后的所有要求酒店都满足了，所以从一开始印象就很好。泳池不算大，但阳光不太直射，白天游泳也不太担心晒黑，这一点很好。从泳池还能看到美丽的沙吞路景色。附近还有著名的屋顶酒吧，强烈推荐去看看。我对这里非常满意，下次还会选择住这里。
这家酒店其实离地铁站很远的，起码要走十几分钟，并且拿着行李走过桥，上坡下坡很麻烦才到酒店，现在酒店外在修路灰尘和下雨天后的泥巴不好走。有班车服务送去，但不包回，小面包七座车。第一天傍晚到酒店想着坐班车出去逛逛，提前15分钟下楼居然说车已经走了。
我们和一对夫妇朋友以及侄子侄女一起订了三间房。当我们去自己的房间时，发现空调无法调到更低的温度。工作人员随即为我们更换了其他楼层的房间，但新房间还没有准备好，于是我们又下楼找工作人员。酒店经理因此为我们免费升级到了更大的房间。
我们对酒店的服务非常满意，所有房间都干净舒适。酒店还提供往返于是隆（Sala Daeng）BTS站的班车服务，我们觉得很方便，不过我们没有使用，因为我们喜欢步行。从酒店走到最近的商场 One Bangkok 大概只需20分钟。我们很喜欢这家酒店，下次还会再来。
我们一家四口（两个孩子）于2025年7月29日至30日在曼谷盛捷使馆苑住了一晚。整体体验非常棒：酒店干净整洁，舒适温馨，工作人员也都很有礼貌，乐于助人。尤其值得称赞的是入住和退房手续办理得非常迅速。酒店地理位置便利，为我们全家提供了所有必需的舒适设施。是曼谷住宿的不错选择。
