So you are travelling on the motorway between Roma and Napoli and you want some fuel coffee food rest or whatever. As we all know the service stations are quite good these days BUT also very pricey which is fine if you dont mind but I personally refer to refuel whenever possible off the motorway. This unassuming Hotel Restorante is literally 100 metres from the Ceprano motorway exit and so is the perfect location! The fuel station is huge and you can choose self service or the kind staff will fill your vehicle with fuel, as you prefer. Then I head to the bar which is VERY clean, the coffee and breakfast is great and the toilets are also super clean!! I have never tried the restaurant or the hotel but all looks very good to me!! EXCELLENT stop off in a great location.

我可以说自己是切普拉诺人，因为我娶了一位当地人，而且自1955年以来就经常来这里，对当地和附近的许多餐馆都很熟悉。“La Terrazza”旅舍的出现引起了我的好奇，虽然我从未去过，但我一直在网上关注着它的发展。可以说，旅舍老板巧妙地将旅舍选址在高速公路收费站附近（就像当年收费站还在切普拉诺镇内时，伊达的做法一样），我当时就预料到它会成功。星期天，我来这里参观墓地，由于很难找到那些总是人满为患的餐馆（我们带着一只小狗），所以我决定去“La Terrazza”看看。让我感到惊讶的是：宽敞的停车场停满了车，但我们受到了热情友好的接待，他们还为我们安排了一张户外餐桌。菜单很不错，我们选择了肉类菜肴。份量足，服务快，食物美味，只有两点让我不得不降低评分：第一点是“托纳雷利奶酪胡椒意面”，味道不错，但几乎没熟透；我本来想吃完的，结果端上来一大盘“什锦烤肉”，里面全是肉（四片很硬的肉）。除此之外，一切都很好。我不想批评，因为考虑到当时人很多，厨师可能很忙，但我确实想提个建议：少放点肉，提高品质。与其放四大片肉，不如换成一根香肠、一小片猪里脊和一块鸡肉，这样会更受欢迎，而且经理应该不会多花钱（我想）。总之，还是要赞扬一下，也祝你们生意兴隆。我想下次会更满意。我的评价：性价比很高，但性价比一般。值得一试。
