The building itself was beautiful. The stay would've been better had the German owner not started following us around everywhere we went and then started yelling at us because we had brought our own beverages onto the proerty. He had no problem being rude to his staff in front of us.

酒店回复: A group of American motorcyclists behaved in a disrespectful manner and were unwilling to accept our policy prohibiting the consumption of alcohol brought in from outside the hotel. We prefer not to accommodate guests who display such disregard for our standards. Our establishment welcomes visitors who are genuinely interested in the country and its people, rather than spending the entire day riding off-road and limiting their evenings to nothing more than B&B (bed and beer).

Beautiful and well built kasbah. Everything is finished and working. That is a bit rare in Morocco. Staff and the owner were friendly and helpful. Would recommend with children.

It’s an amazing place to stay in. Everything is beautiful there, building, furnitures, mountain and city view… everyone is friendly and well welcomed. everyone who wants to enjoy her/his time visit Ait Omar hotel.

Terrible place , we booked for our clients, when they get their the owner try to charge them extra without even asking us. When we talked to him about that he finally change the rooms with extra of 40€, dark room, bad showers, horrible service and rude speech. As our clients complained the same with our guide and driver did. Never again, and never recommend to any of our partners.

The hotel ist absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need: a pool, an AC, a terrasse, good food and a lot more. The view is gorgeous. The people here are really nice and always there if you need help.
