One of the deciding factors for choosing this hotel was the fact that it had a hot tub. The hotel description, says there is a hot tub and even the Bon Voy apps how a picture of a hot tub. But, to our disappointment, the hot tub had been removed. Also, we found a pair of sandals in front of the couch under the coffee table which made us wonder if the room had been vacuumed or not.

Breakfast options nothing special, bed wasn't bad but the housekeeping staff just slaps on mattress pad,don't straighten out the fitted sheet...hallway to room smelled, lock on door didn't quite work, the shower stalls are very narrow

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the website false information on the property amenities. The Fairfield Inn Marriott advertised it had a indoor pool and spa.

When we arrived I asked the clerk about the spa availability. I was told there is no spa because it was filled with concrete due to chemical contamination.

This specific amenity was the sole reason I selected this particular hotel. To say I was disappointed (no spa) is a gross understatement. I wish the website accurately depicted the hotel amenities.

I had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Greenwood! The hotel was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming vibe from the moment I walked in. The staff was super friendly and made me feel right at home. I also really appreciated how safe and quiet the environment was.

The room was immaculate — spotless, comfortable, and everything felt fresh and updated. Breakfast was definitely a plus: plenty of options and kept fully stocked. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

All name but not standard

The beds are great and room was cozy. The service on the other hand was less than par. We kinda just figured out where everything was. The pool description was misrepresenting as it is not heated but the pool room is set to 85. Extremely small and no hot tub.

The room was nice but the shower and bathroom were dirty. Stains on the comforter and the fridge didn't not cool properly. Over all for the price not a good deal.

I chose this hotel as I wanted an indoor pool for safety reasons. However as I always do, i check out the property before using any of the amenities. I did not like the fact that the pool was located near the lobby and the elevator leading up to the other floors of the hotel. There was a strong smell that I was not able to pinpoint where it was coming from on the first night I was there. The water to the pool was so cold that I was unable to enjoy myself. I was also unaware that I had to pay for what I thought was a complimentary breakfast for this hotel. Everything else was okay. Not what I expected for sure.

I was disappointed about the property not having a hot tub. Staff explained during remodel the hot tub was taken away, but when I booked to stay there a hot tub was mentioned within the amenities, and I was looking forward to the hot tub as I traveled 4 hours to the hotel. also the food was okay, but I have been to other Fairfield’s and the breakfast was amazing, so they can work on that and serve more hot food and maybe use a better batter for the waffles. Also maybe provide better sound proofing for the rooms on the first floor as the guest beside us had gotten pretty noisy around midnight if you catch my drift. Overall staff was great the hotel was clean. Loved the area. their staff was helpful and there was other establishments within walking distance.
