We always have someone in the building to assist with check-ins and other items, but we're a small hotel, so sometimes during off hours we are not at the front desk.Our self check-in process works great for some, but it's not for everyone. Just give us a call 24-7 and we will get you checked in manually, or get you a towel, or whatever.

Originally built in 1923 this hotel is like stepping back in time. Extensively renovated it’s a cool place to stay. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. We wish we could have stayed a couple more nights, and certainly will the next time we are in Cranbrook.
