Check in was terrible as no phone signal and rung the two numbers but no answer got in after 15 minutes, room was good nice bathroom large bed but as made up of two single beds they were at different highs
The breakfast was really good and very tasty but an extra sausage and egg would have been nice the lady that served was very friendly and helpful I would recommend

While we understand this caused some frustration, we feel it doesn’t fully reflect the rest of your stay, which from your comments appears to have been positive.We do value all feedback and will continue to make improvements where we can. 芯月酒店绝对是重庆旅游的宝藏住宿！位于市中心核心区域，步行几分钟就能打卡洪崖洞、解放碑两大网红景点。周边交通四通八达，不管是打车、乘公交还是坐地铁都方便。酒店今年新开业，暖色调风格温馨舒适，房间干净整洁。早餐供应到 11 点对懒人超友好，洗衣机和烘干机配置实用，离店时的伴手礼尽显诚意，入住体验直接拉满，强烈推荐！
浴室质量很差，水塞卡住了。卧室本身还不错，但有一盏非常亮的绿色应急灯，晚上照亮了整个房间。而且无法关闭。工作人员很友善，包含的早餐也足够了，有很多选择。

很喜欢我们的海景家庭房。床很大，超级舒服，一尘不染，海景很棒，马路对面就是海滩，经理很友好，乐于助人，早餐也很棒。希望我们能尽快回来。
