You voluntarily declined the room with two beds, and for that reason we offered you a complimentary upgrade for free to a second-floor room with one bed. You accepted this option even though the reservation was for three guests, and we did our best to accommodate your preference by later adding an additional cot when you requested it.Regarding our location and the prices of nearby restaurants, we kindly note that these factors are beyond the hotel’s control. 我们预订了一间三人房。结果到了之后发现房间根本没法让人舒服地睡觉：一股难闻的潮湿气味，窗户又小又硬！我要求换房，他们同意了，但还是给我们安排了一间双人房，尽管我们有三个人。这肯定有问题。第二天晚上，我告诉他们情况实在太糟糕了，我们根本没睡着。他们加了一张折叠床。但房间依然潮湿狭窄，简直糟透了。至于位置，距离塔马林多有40分钟车程，而从那里乘船到酒店还要沿着海滩走20分钟，在烈日下几乎不可能走完这段路。隔壁的餐厅价格过高。总之，千万别住这家酒店；塔马林多有很多更好的选择。这是我们在哥斯达黎加最糟糕的一次住宿体验，真希望当时能退款！
我们想在塔马林多地区找个靠近海滩的住处，很高兴我们住在埃尔曼格拉酒店，而不是塔马林多镇。海滩离酒店只有5分钟的路程，泳池区设施齐全，非常适合放松身心。我们在厨房里享用午餐和简餐。虽然在房间里连接Wi-Fi有些困难，但对我们来说，这反而是个优点，因为这样我们十几岁的孩子就得去楼下的公共区域了。
