I was with fammily and we order some chicken and fries .Plates come really fast ,15 minutes,but soon we understood why:they where reheated left overs .Of course that service personal denyed.We pay ( really expensive comparative with competition)and walk away ,and clearly we never go again in this hole.i must specify that i was allready 3-4 times there and was ok ,but last visit was decisive.

I was today, oct 30th 2024, with my family and my parents at Pastravatia Albota . We entered the wooden restaurant nearby the patio and we choose a table which didn't have a Reserved sign and we sat. After about 20 minutes we were met by a waiter who asked us why we sat at that table as the table was already reserved for an american group of tourists who arrived in waves not all tourist at once. We explained that the table didn't have a reserved sign on it and that's why we sat. There were some other free tables in the restaurant in which the american tourists were able to sit, but the waiter insisted that our table was reserved for the american tourists. As we were offered no other alternatives we left. I never felt so disrespected in my entire life . I would never go back there even if somebody would oblige me to. Horrible behaviour from the waiters. No restaurant manager available. Amateur hospitality resort. Nothing there is organized. There are no hostesses available to greet you but in the same time you are not allowed to seat at any free table?!?! Bizarre restaurant......

Terrible service. We are a family with 3 kids and waited for 2 hours for the food. The staff is very busy, tired and angry. They argue with the kitchen stuff. The whole place ia a mess from the management perspective. It’s a pitty because the scenery is very nice. I can’t recommend this place unfortunately

One of the best places in Romania!-for families with childrens too-thay have a lot of fun and things to do.Of course-best fish dishes-on in all-the food is delicious! And-last but not least-very important!-very very clean! It's our 5th time here!

Wonderful place, good hotel and wonderful restaurant with very tasty food! The big surprise was a Saturday party from 7pm -to 3pm.! So, if you wanto to party ask about it! & If you want to relax quietly please ask about it -bacause the stuff won't inform you about !

Good food, large comfortable, nice ambience. Great idea to host tourists in an ecological setting. The trout are great as is the ikra salad. Nice grounds to walk around and great views from the upper floors.
设施一流，服务优质，选择丰富。这里有酒店、别墅和西式户外设施。还有桑拿、游泳池和运动场。我开着我的面包车和拖车来这里待了一个星期，车上还挂着我的凯旋虎。住在酒店，每天骑着摩托车四处游览。除了（捷克）啤酒，所有东西都是自制的，价格公道，品质也很好。美食与农业的完美结合……早餐包含在房费里，而且很丰盛。我本来更喜欢奶酪、香肠和水果（甜瓜、猕猴桃、菠萝等）。除此之外，我非常喜欢各种鸡蛋、香肠和培根！！这里的工作人员也非常友好，超级好（祝我最喜欢的那个有着黑色长发和长腿的家伙一切顺利）。食物物超所值，新鲜新鲜，而且都是从附近采摘的……比如鳟鱼、鲶鱼和美味的安格斯肉。强烈推荐给有孩子的家庭、摩托车手等，因为这里有很多选择……我很乐意再来！！此致敬礼，来自莱比锡的恩里科·舒尔茨
我发现 Thay/Mini 辣椒（3 厘米）特别糟糕 - 它们非常辣，但远不及当地辣椒（ardei iute，10-15 厘米）那么芳香。 令人费解的是，在收获季节你会得到大量的它们。无论如何，四月份只供应腌制食品。
