We stayed for four nights at Tambo Sapalanchan in May 2023. We choose this place simply because we wanted to visit the Sarcophages of Karajia, but we got a lot more than we expected. The hotel is just spectacular, equipped with first class Peruvian art of better quality than found in an average museum. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and equipped with a superb bed. The meals are good and prepared by Paul, the owner himself. Moreover, Paul also offers excursions to nearby attractions, which we really enjoyed a lot. What we, however, appreciated most is the personal atmosphere, thanks to Paul, who is undoubtedly a perfect host. Thank you, Paul, for the unforgettable four days at Tambo Sapalanchan.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The host was very welcoming and the food was excellent. The rooms are beautiful and the location is very relaxing. Close to many cultural sites of significance. Make this your base in the area.
