Linda and Jeff are excellent hosts providing superb customer service. Our boat broke down and we needed a place to stay. We booked into Pender Harbour Resort and found them most accommodating to our needs. The resort and rooms are spotless and have everything you need. Highly recommended.

This is our 5th day staying in #4 motel room and can not wait to leave first thing in the morning. First of all, mattresses are not comfortable at all. Like you are sleeping on wooden board. Too much noise with laundry room and shower's below. Housekeeping stuff have no respect: we was told this is non-smoking place but their stuff are smoking everywhere. They are also so loud when cleaning between guests and you have no time to relax. There is so much more negativity It is up to you but, we are not coming back

Stayed in Motel #4 which was clean & spacious along with most things needed to cook & eat as to save spending $$ on restaurants which are few to choose from. Could use a sitting area instead of 2 beds but not a complaint just a suggestion. This is our 2nd stay and with serene view and deck area to enjoy it from, relaxation was what it provided.

We rented a 2 bedroom with ocean front view . I was concerned about only 1 bathroom for 2 couples in the cabin but found out there are bathrooms and showers next to the office and pool area so that was a relief. The balcony/deck with bbq and jacuzzi was very large. We were a total of 7 friends having all our meals on the balcony /deck and it was very comfortable. Kitchen is fine but it would have been nice if a small bottle of cooking oil, tin foil and plastic wrap was in the cupboards. They provide tea , coffee and packets of salt and pepper which was appreciated. Beds we found were a bit on the soft side . The facility and landscaping is very well maintained .

This place is a hidden gem. Form the moment we arrived Linda was super helpful and kind. The room we got was motel 3. It has all you need. We went with my family and can’t wait to go again. The pool is perfect. The grounds are kept clean. Thank you so much for the great mini vacation.
