Unfortunately the guest in that room had extended their stay online in 'another' room thinking they are staying in the 'same' room. This resulted in all the confusion. However, as per our phone call, we ended up giving you a free room upgrade as a replacement. Ventilation could be turned off via a switch, We will add instructions in the room. If you had let us know you wanted to leave early we could have arranged a take out breakfast.The hot water takes time to reach since the room since the room is far away from the heater.We request guests to reach out to us during the stay via text message or call or ******* messaging rather than suffer and leave a negative review.Thanks

酒店回复: Apologies for the delay in the room prep. There was a maintenance issues during the day and it was Christmas eve so it was difficult to get someone which resulted in delays. We have taken your other feedback and will discuss it internally.

这家民宿太棒了！离优胜美地很近，环境安静，床很舒服，还有按摩浴缸！丰盛的早餐让我有充足的精力去徒步一天。DeeNa 非常有礼貌，也很乐于助人。她详细地指导我如何前往我的房间。强烈推荐。
