酒店回复: Hello, We are very sorry to hear that the room didn't meet your expectations. In fact 6 out of 10 rooms have been completely renovated and are sold as superior rooms. The last remaining 4 standard rooms will also be renovated in the future but are sold at a much cheaper rate as a result. We admit they are small and outdated but we mention this honestly on our website. They have new beds however and we do our best to keep them functioning well awaiting the renovation. I think you would have enjoyed your stay much better in one of our new rooms which are much modern. We normally never do the dishes by hand but our professional washing machine was suddenly broken before the weekend and we had to wait until Monday until the serviceman could come to repair it. So this is definitely not a common practice but we had no other choice in this particular weekend. We anyway take your feedback seriously into consideration and hope nevertheless you have spent some nice days in beautiful Rondane! Best regards, Benjamin

To my great surprise, I found fresh Belgian waffles on the lunch menu. The explanation came when I met the hostess, a Belgian. The brilliance of this place, apart from its central location in the heart of Rondane, lies in the intimate and personal hospitality extended by the Belgians. I’ve always had a bit of a love affair with Belgium and Belgians. The beauty of this place is that you can either rent a hotel room or a fully furnished cabin, making it suitable for both transient travellers and those who wish to stay longer. It’s also ideal for couples and families with children, something not every hotel can claim. They offer a modest lunch and dinner menu, but the dishes on offer are of excellent quality.

After landing in Oslo, we drove to our first (and northernmost) stop. Rondane National Park is the oldest national park in Norway and an absolute must-do! We stayed for 2 nights at the Rondane River Lodge in beautiful Sollia. The owners of this charming hotel are two friendly Belgians who know Norway inside and out. The cabins are situated along the crystal-clear Vulua river, and the food is outstanding. There are also various activities you can book with them. For example, we went on a moose safari 🫎 We also rented e-mountain bikes from them, experiencing the park in a unique way. With 70 kilometers and 1,000 meters of elevation gain behind us, this was my favorite day of the trip! The bike ride is aptly named "mini-Alaska" 🚵🏼♀️ I highly recommend a canoe trip on the Atna river. We set off in the morning from Strømbu, and the trip was 11 kilometers long. In the afternoon, we hiked in Dovrefjell, looking for musk oxen. Again, absolutely beautiful!

The Rondane River Lodge serves as a great base to explore the beautiful Rondane National Park. You don't stay here for the luxury resort experience, and on that basis it's perfect for walkers, bike riders and other adventure seekers. The rooms are very basic and tiny, but they're comfortable and warm. The bathrooms are en-suite and have been recently renovated. In these remote locations, having good quality food is a real bonus and the lodge delivers this experience. The breakfasts were hearty and the dinners were delicious along with having a good wine selection. The hosts were helpful and friendly and all this contributes to a pleasant stay.

Rondane River Lodge was recommended to us by friends as we were looking for a place to stay near Rondane National Park. We stayed in one of the cabins for a week and enjoyed our time there very much. Even though the cabins are perfectly equipped to cook your own meals, we had dinner at their restaurant three times and each time we absolutely loved the food. The owners are super friendly and helpful with any questions you have. The atmosphere is very relaxed. A place you are looking forward to get back to after a day of hiking in the beautiful area surrounding the lodge. The cabins are very cozy and you find everything you need. We would definitely book again.

A romantic authentic stay with all the desired facilities in the cabin. The restaurant is an absolute recommender, we ate there for two days and it was two days of absolute delicious food. The hosts are very enthusiastic and genuine people who help you with all your needs during your stay
峡湾酒店可选择性不多，干净卫生，整洁度高，酒店餐费比较贵，原生态的木屋很有特色，适合一家人亲子度假！
我们预订了一间小屋，感觉还不错。房间宽敞干净，可以看到河景。工作人员非常友好周到。早餐（前一天晚上需要提前说明第二天早上想吃什么）非常棒。晚餐很美味，但价格略贵。总而言之，这是一次很棒的住宿体验。
