Despite arriving just 15 minutes after the official closing time, at 21:15, the staff did not wait for us or offer any assistance, even though our late arrival had been communicated in advance. What made this situation even more frustrating was the presence of a young child with us, forcing us to search for an open hotel so late at night—the nearest available option was 50 kilometers away. The following day, the hotel apologized and assured us a refund would be processed. However, months have gone by and we still have not received any reimbursement, nor have we received additional communication from the hotel. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and feels like a major lack of respect towards guests. Not only did we suffer significant inconvenience and distress, but the ongoing delay in resolving our refund has left us feeling completely ignored and misled. This attitude is truly unacceptable—especially from an establishment that claims to value its customers. I sincerely hope management will reflect seriously on the way guests are treated in circumstances like these.
