This B&B is so comfortable, clean and welcoming it reminds me of home. Located in the lovely Rosetta Park area, which is just under 2 miles from Belfast City centre with good public transport on the doorstep. The breakfast menu is extensive and of very good quality indeed. A very well done to Donna & James and I look forward to seeing you both soon.

Another perfect stay at Roseleigh House. Beautiful rooms, wonderful hosts and the best breakfast in Belfast. The traditional guest house experience provided by Donna and James is quite perfect and beats modern hotel stays every day of the week.

My husband and I stayed here for two nights in June. We arrived and checked in with no issues at all. Our room was on the second floor and front facing with a nice big bay window. There was street noise, but since our own home is in an urban area, we are very used to noise and it didn't bother us. James and Donna were both so nice! James served us our breakfast each morning (try the Irish form of French Toast!) with good, strong coffee. There was a nice platter of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room along with cookies. The space had everything we needed, especially since we were only in the room for sleeping and out on the town all day. We did not have a rental car, but walked everywhere from the bed and breakfast location: to the Titanic Museum location, West Belfast, Old Town Belfast....you name it, we walked there. So, if you are a walker, you will think this location is excellent! Also, just around the corner is a street with restaurants of all kinds.

Ideally situated on the bus route to central Belfast and close to good restaurants and cafes. Really enjoyed our stay with Donna and James who looked after us with excellent accommodation and good food. Also gave advice on the locality and things to do. Highly recommended.

Pillows to die for!!! Not only that the accommodation was spotless and warm and inviting. A great breakfast served on tables with real linen tablecloths. The attention to detail here is wonderful and a credit to James and Donna the hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them in making our short stay most enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We had a gorgeous stay in Roseleigh House. The rooms are impeccable with classic and cozy decor and they are spotlessly clean. We had the delicious full Irish breakfast which is probably the nicest breakfast in Belfast. Staying in a guest house like Roseleigh is so much nicer than a big hotel, we got a personal service that can’t be beaten. I can’t recommend Roseleigh House enough!

Best b&b in Northern Ireland, all perfect, big, tidy and clean room, quiet in a beautiful house, in a nice part of Belfast, close to the city center. Very good breakfast. PLUS PLUS PLUS Donna and her husband James, friendly, helpful, I'd like to come back soon.

Ideal, just what we hoped for as we set out to settle our youngest into his new city. Donna and James were lovely making us feel very welcome. House is located in a super area our sons flat walking distance from Rosaleigh. Room had everthing we needed and our breakfast of salmon and scrambled egg was perfect. We will be back in 2025 thank you and what a wonderful friendly City Belfast is.

Fantastic welcome & hosting from Donna and James. Ticked all the boxes. My self contained room was perfect including the very comfortable bed! Breakfast was sublime and James was attentive. Enjoyed my stay to visit family, will stay again
