Showed up to find out they didn't have my reservation via *******. I called the hotel a day before to confirm my room. Onsite the owner was there and very sorry about what happened - they had to fire the guy (the one I spoke to) and take over the day I arrived. OYO takes the reservation and passes it to the hotel. So this didn't happen or the guy lost it. OYO could not be reached by the hotel or *******. I ended up booking 2 rooms and paid with cash. The room had roaches...so gross. Don't stay here unless they clean it up and avoid OYO. ******* was zero help as well - I really need to decide if I'll use them again for booking - again - zero help.

The rooms were dirty and had roaches. Curtains had holes in them. Floor was dirty. Mold in sink and tub. Door lock didn't work.complained to manager and he did nothing.

Key for room did not work. Staff had tomuse maid’s key. Floors in room filthy. Dresser drawers would not stay closed.

I waited 40 minutes to get checked in. Its in a bad location to get to. Ruff looking area. Didnt get a receipt for the room

We stayed 3 weeks while looking for a place to rent. It is old but we got a good deal through *******. The beds were excellent, firm. They use a linen service, so I knew sheets and towels were clean. We were in a room facing the road. Security cameras and lights. Quiet. There is a train across the street, but it didn't bother us. We ran a box fan at night. We requested they not come in the room. We have 2 cats. They honored that. We changed our own sheets, swept/mopped the floor and cleaned the toilet with our own supplies from the dollar store. Wifi worked good. Fridge(it keep ice cream frozen) and microwave(it will pop a bag of popcorn) worked good and were clean. Floor was really dirty when we checked in...not sure why, but we just mopped it. We only saw one roach, but we were very careful to keep the place clean. We took our trash to the dumpster every night, bought roach traps just in case. They came around with a pest control guy while we were here too. $10 per day for the cats. Overall, a pleasant, easy stay. The owners are nice.

Don't waste your money. Looks cute from the front, then you get taken to the back side "ghetto". No towels or soap in the bathroom. Burn holes in bedspread. Under the fitted sheet did not look clean. Checked in but didn't stay. Ew!

Took long time to check in. They didn't have enough towels in bathroom when ask for towels they didn't want to give you any. You had to go down a dark stairway to get ice and you had to pay for the ice and didn’t get very much when got back to the room it had dirt on the ice which we couldn't see in the dark area where ice machine was and dark staircase.

服务人员很好,但是房间非常脏。到处都是污渍,好像好几个月都没有清洗过一样,浴缸水龙头不只是滴水,而是不停地流水。当我提起这件事时,我被告知还没有人有机会看它。毛巾上全是污渍,我男朋友的房间里还有活蟑螂。所以不推荐!
