We went to Stranda to ski, but the weather and skiing conditions were bad that weekend! Buuut.... Overvoll Farm, on the other hand, had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great service and an excellent food experience. Remember really well laying in bed hearing the wind blasting outside, and at the same time hearing and smelling that things were happening in the kitchen. We were served several dishes for dinner with deer stew, gratinated potatoes, and several types of salads. Some of the dishes had a Japanese twist to them, based on inspiration the hostess had gathered during her travels. The breakfast we received the following morning was also great.
