Room was very clean and updated, bed was comfortable with nice pillows. A small refrigerator was handy, and there was a nice selection of toiletries. Shower was good. Heater worked well. In the morning I had a thick slice of hot buttered raisin toast in the breakfast room before checking out. Overall a completely satisfying booking.

The room was good, as expected. But check-in could be better. I showed my driving license to the host and he said "I don’t understand a single word". Yes, I'm foreigner, but my document has duplication in English... but he decided to avoid checking closer and drop this phrase...

Area is safe. The town has a very nice IGA supermarket. Baymont day shift front desk guy (Jim?) was super nice and helpful.

My husband and I stayed two nights early this week. We have to go back to Susanville later this week for another two nights and have booked this same hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet, and we felt safe. The water pressure in the shower was great, and the toiletries were of high-quality. I'm more of a bath person, and I felt the tub was plenty clean for a bath. I'm picky about that. All in all, this hotel is a winner!

The place was too low-rent for the price. No carpeting, noisy, difficult walk-up to second floor. In particular, what was billed as a "free breakfast" had no items with any semblance of protein except yogurt. In this price range I expect eggs and sausage at a minimum. Next time I come through Susanville, I'll stay elsewhere.

The building has been recently renovated, therefore it's clean and has nice features that make it cute. In addition, they offer breakfast included in the price. The breakfast room is also neat... Good experience!

I WOULD STAY AGAIN
IT WAS A NICE STAY,THE FRONT DESK GUY CHRIS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND THE LADY THE NEXT DAY AS WELL..THE BEDS WERE OK MADE MY BACK HURT AND KIND OF TO SOFT..BREAKFST WAS THE NOR.THE BEST PARK I THINK WAS THE ADA ROOM ON THE GROUND LEVEL.GREAT WALK IN SHOWER FOR MY MOM..GREAT WATER PRESSURE AND PLENTY OF TOWELS..I FELY BAD FOR THE HOUSEKEEPER SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE THEY HAD FOR 45 ROOMS.

Nice room and appreciated being on the 2nd level (outside stairway) and it was quieter than expected for a Friday night. This hotel appeared the better hotel compared with other hotels / motels a few blocks away. Room was clean and spacious. I would stay again for a brief stay. Served it's purpose for my one night stay.

The location was ok, staff was nice, Room was clean except for the floor. There was laminate flooring and no carpet. The floor was filthy. Walking in light color or white socks turned them black. Walking barefoot turned your feet black!
