The room itself was beautiful but showing some age. Minor repairs required. Burnt out lights. One light fell being held by a thread of a screw, We stayed 6 days. Asked for house keeping on our 3rd..and 4th day. They didn’t come. We took our own garbage out. 5th day we got new towels. But we were leaving 12 hours later…. Hard to communicate with management, If your ok being self reliant the place is beautiful and amazing location

Charming, large, great location!
We had the room on the top (5th floor). It had a huge bathroom with a great deep tub (plus a big shower). The room, which was a very spacious, had beautiful exposed beams. It was charming (more so than the other units of the property, which were also nice, just not as charming) and really nicely situated in Heidelberg, two blocks or so from the castle and Christmas markets. If I am
ever in Heidelberg again I would certainly stay there! The only downside is there is no elevator and the steps up to the room are quite steep. But other than that, it was a great choice- I highly recommend!

Very nice place. My concern was that I was moved this place after booking another place and they became overbooked. Turns out the place was nicer and they didn’t charge me more so I was fine with it. But I wish the communication about the change has been smoother.
一切都很好，房间也不错，但通往四楼的楼梯很陡，带着行李上去很费劲，对于行动不便的人来说更是寸步难行。虽然地处市中心，但楼上非常安静，而且装修和设备都非常雅致。
很棒的公寓，位置优越，而且非常干净。我们很乐意再来！
最大的问题是清洁！绝对不行！而且厨房几乎没有配备任何碗碟/锅具。唯一的锅太小了，甚至不能为一个以上的人煮意大利面。不幸的是，室外的小区域被忽视了，而且不是很干净。可惜了！
除此之外，地理位置优越，家具好，风格好，床垫好。也许一切都有点破损并显示出它的年代。但那样就可以了。所以请清洁干净并检查厨房设备。然后就适合了。
沟通不太好。住宿对于三个人来说太小了，“豪华”这个词可能不太恰当，但就价格来说还可以。
几乎不想写评论，因为其他人会知道这个地方有多好。公寓真的很棒，条件和位置都很棒；乘坐火车和巴士都很方便。一定会再来的。
