Best experience in years to be honest. Value for money, excellent choices for breakfast and lunch/dinner compared to the more expensive out options. Diana in particular outstanding and really customer focused oriented, pleasant and professional !

Hotel for a week
Hotel was clean bright and airy. All staff friendly and helpful
Room was clean and tidy and bathroom to my only complaint would be there was no plug in the wash basin. Buffet breakfast was good with a decent choice.

我可以理解劳动力短缺的情况，并且我同意雇用来自世界各地的人员。但是酒店的前台员工、接待员都是外国人，没有一个会说罗马尼亚语，只有一个连基本的英语都不会，这是不可接受的。因此，我们必须使用标志来让酒店工作人员理解我们的意思。房间很小，家具很便宜，几乎无法容纳。例如，椅子是塑料的，不能放在桌子下面，你没有空间穿过。你实际上必须翻过床才能到达窗户。至少是干净的。
