Rooms are very clean with ceiling fan and AC is optional and costs an extra $5. Water for drinking from a carafe is provided. These are very small rooms with firm mattress and cable TV, at US $26 as of this writing, can't be beat. The rooms have no windows and the hotel is directly across from a private university and many eating choices. The plaza is a very short walk. There are few budget choices downtown, but this is a good choice.
