设施:设施齐全 酒店不大 但是该有的都有 泳池健身房 酒吧齐全 早饭虽然不多 但是做的很好很认真。

可以用携程积分,性价比非常高的酒店。住了四晚,给到了角部屋,有冰箱和厨房。
唯一的插曲是离店时,酒店反馈房间备的洗衣袋找不到了,需要我写字条确认没拿过。看在酒店价格便宜的份上,不折腾。
酒店位于素坤逸路36巷中部,步行即可到达BTS通罗站。您也可以穿过38巷的人行道抵达。酒店提供嘟嘟车服务直到晚上8点,非常方便。房间大小适中,干净整洁,建筑现代,价格实惠,非常适合在曼谷住上3晚。
前台态度很好,但房间太小了,床太软个人体验不好,这个应该是Oakwood的低配版,从前台到房间都很拥挤的感觉。

继去年之后,这是我们第二次入住。这是一家干净且性价比高的酒店。水压很足,热水供应也很充足。房间里可以同时摊开两个行李箱,打包行李毫无压力。虽然没有浴缸,但房间干净舒适,住得很愉快。
早餐种类不算很多,但我们每天都会在鸡蛋档点一份美味的煎蛋卷。咖喱和炒饭每天都有不同选择,还有味噌汤。味道都相当不错。
除了送洗服务,一楼大堂外还有洗衣机,向前台提出需求就可以使用。
门童小哥很热心,给了我们很多帮助。
洗衣费用:100泰铢(1小时)
洗衣粉:30泰铢
烘干机:100泰铢(40分钟)
去通罗站他们有接驳车,但是回来就要靠自己走了,不带小孩的话也很快,酒店200米有个711还有一些大排档,生活不成问题。和全季差不多吧。
酒店门童联合黑车司机宰客,严重影响出行安全与信任
我在贵酒店入住期间,遭遇了非常不愉快的经历,特此投诉并分享给其他游客参考。
当天我们准备从酒店前往机场,原本打算自己用 Grab 打车。酒店门童主动上前表示可以帮我们叫车,并称:
• 去机场包含 140 泰铢高速费,总共 640 泰铢;
• 或者通过他叫车只要 600 泰铢,我们另外给 20 泰铢小费即可。
出于对酒店员工的信任,我们同意由他来安排车辆。然而,他叫来的并不是正规的 Grab 车辆,而是一名私人司机。
上车后,司机又改口说费用为 700 泰铢,理由是“要经过两次高速,高速费总共 240 泰铢”。但在实际行程中,我们两次经过高速收费站时,收费显示合计仅为 140 泰铢,司机明显在高速费上多报了 100 泰铢。
到达机场后,我们支付了 1000 泰铢,司机应找零 300 泰铢。但他以“自己没有零钱”为由,只退还了 200 泰铢,再次少找 100 泰铢。
整个过程中:
1. 酒店门童主动参与叫车,却没有提醒我们这是私人车辆,也没有提供真实透明的价格;
2. 司机在高速费用和找零上明显存在多收钱的行为;
3. 作为酒店客人,我们基于对酒店员工的信任才接受了这个安排,结果却遭遇价格欺诈。
我们认为,酒店有责任管理好自己的员工,避免门童与外部司机联合宰客。这种行为不仅损害了客人的经济利益,也严重影响了酒店的信誉和泰国的旅游形象。
希望酒店方面能够:
• 严肃调查此事,对相关员工进行处理;
• 向我们正式道歉;
• 退还因欺诈产生的额外费用(至少 200 泰铢)。
同时也提醒后续入住的游客,谨慎接受酒店门童主动安排的“叫车服务”,务必使用正规打车软件,避免被宰。
基于此次非常糟糕的体验,我只能给出很低的评价。
第二次入住,很后悔。本想着第一次反映问题携程会沟通好解决,最终还是没解决。这酒店喜欢给中国人房间里面有门的联通房。会告诉你没有任何房间,实际上扣起了正常房间,不给。等你打电话去投诉上携程,才给你正常房间!
很棒的酒店,服务也很好。有嘟嘟车送到通罗轻轨站,到晚上8点。附近有7-11便利店,酒店周围也有很多好吃的餐馆。
