The grossest hotel I've ever stayed it. We needed a one night stay near Dreams Las Mareas and this one was inexpensive and available though Chase Travel. It's listed there as a 3-star hotel. It is not. There was black mold all over the bathroom, mosquitoes, and the rooms were run down and awful. We were there are a total of 16 hours and we couldn't wait to get out of there. So my review isn't completely negative, the food at the restaurant was good, the staff was pleasant, and the view from the deck is phenomenal, especially the sunset.
