The word rainforest on self identified about this resort is that the resort is very use and it is covered with a very good nature we came here with our family and we booked 3 rooms for senior citizens, The room was very clean and tidy, I really want to saying to the front office team who have taken care of our entire family and given us a ground floor room the food quality was very good, adventure sport was best being a senior citizen really enjoy a lot and the swimming pool was very cleaned it was one of the best ever if you are coming with family then please recommend this resort to everyone because the resort is pure veg hospitality it is 10/10. Note: no Vodafone network

We booked 3 bed room villa for a weekend. Great place superb fun. We were lucky to c great Fog and rains. Tambola night was fun. Villa had a sit out area outside where played cards and all. After request they gave us speaker which v used til 11pm. Vegetarian food was tasty too. One of few places where pool is open till late. We also did adventure

That he was very good the food quality was best we all all enjoyed as stay here room was very clean and tidy just front of his person was very helpful specially housekeeping person they always available for us all it was the best trip with all family we will definitely visit in rainy season and recommend to all

Very unhygienic property needs highly maintenance. Our feedback as below. There were rats in the room. The sofa-cum-bed had rat's poop in it. Rat has spoiled our belongings while we were not in our room. One of our's team members socks were taken by rat. Bedsheet was torn at corner which was very visible. There was no basic toiletry in the room, we had to ask for. They have shared the mobile number for any assistance/housekeeping which they do not answer even after several calls, we called on the given assistance number for almost 10 times. Food was not good, very messy and unhygienic.

I recently stayed at this resort and booked an Executive Room, which is supposed to be better than a Deluxe. Instead, I was given a cramped, poorly maintained room that felt neglected rather than premium. After complaining, I was “upgraded” to a chalet located in an elevated area inside the compound. Unfortunately, that’s where the real problems began. The TV connection didn’t work, and the manager bluntly told me it couldn’t be fixed. Since this was an “upgrade,” I was expected to manage without TV. Inside the blanket, I found 4–5 large cockroaches. They scattered when I lifted the blanket. I managed to trap one and showed it to housekeeping. There were also insect eggs visible on the edge of the bed. Housekeeping responded by casually spraying room freshener, as if that would solve a pest infestation. Around midnight, a medium-sized rat jumped out from under the bed, ran below the sofa, and disappeared into a visible hole in the corner of the room. Repeated calls to reception went unanswered. Eventually, a few staff members arrived and laughed it off, saying, “Sir, jungle mein hota hai.” One even joked that the rat probably wouldn’t return — as if rodents were part of the resort’s theme. There were no senior staff available at night, only a few casual housekeeping workers running the place. No accountability, no seriousness, and no concern for guest safety or hygiene. Finally, at 12:45 AM, I was moved to another room. Even there, the bathroom door latch was broken from both inside and outside. I had a breakfast package, but honestly did not have the courage to eat there. After seeing cockroaches, rats, and the complete lack of hygiene in rooms, trusting the kitchen felt impossible. I visited this resort 10 years ago — it used to be a beautiful place. Today, it has deteriorated completely. Poor maintenance, careless staff, indifferent management, and shocking hygiene levels have turned it into a property that is no longer worth visiting. Avoid at all costs unless you’re comfortable sharing your room with pests.

Stayed in executive room. We were three families and opened three rooms with an extra bed. One of the worst experience ever!! Room service: Non existent, room phone doesn't work, nobody will answer your phone while you need something. You have to go all the way down to reception! Toiletteries were not given despite of requests made. No mini fridge. Despite mentioned in makemytrip app. One of the rooms did not have glass or cups We asked for an extra bed which to my surprise was worst than dormitories..see photos. Room hygiene: below average. Restaurant service aren't upto the mark. Most of the time have to wait for your turn to get rotis etc.. poorly staffed. Very slow.. Plates and cups ard kept in basket, most of them looked aged and stained!! Hygiene: poor. Not recommended at all. No one will clean the table. You are on your own. The staff will nod but won't do anything. As per hotel manager, Mr Mitesh Pandey they don't provide room service and when confronted, he said he will provide toiletteries, change bed but failed to do it. Though he was calm but gave me a cold answer that what will you do? (Do whatever you can!). All in all, do not waste your time and money. Get yourself some better place.

Food is good I will definitely recommend to all the Jain and Gujarati The staff is very curious and very polite epically at the reception I forgot the name other wise I would mentioned. The best part of this resort is this is pure veg resort and there are many Room option Food is best if you will booked Ap plan then you will get Unlimited buffet dinning which is very tasty and delicious The other best part is this property is now managing by Manas so we got the good service . Many rooms opting for family u must booked villa and cottage . Best resort in Igatpuri.
