We appreciate the feedback, however, we notice that some of it appears to be false.You are claiming that the owner was unreachable, however, when you arrived to check in, you were greated by the owner and he went through the check-in process with you.Although, the main office is closed, the owner was present on site and staff are always available 24/7 via telephone.Staff attempted to contact you prior to your arrival in regards to the self check-in process, but you did not answer your phone.After you checked in, you did not once attempt to contact anyone regarding your concerns as the owner was present onsite all evening and you did not call the office with any concerns either.Thank you for bringing the issue regarding the smell to our attention. Staff cleaned the room after your departure and there was no musty smell that you speak of and no mold in the room. We do apologize that you felt unsatisfied with your stay and that you reconsider giving us a second chance in the future.Hope you have a great day.

酒店回复: Hello Rebeccah,Thank you for booking your stay with us. We see you had some issues during your stay we would like to address. Unfortunately, non of our rooms have a/c which states that on the websites, and we inform people of this when they ask before booking.Although there are no coffee machines inside of the rooms, we do have limited coffee machines that can be provided upon request.We also do not have an ice machine, but we do have ice handy should a guest ask for some.Lastly, most of the rooms do not have bathroom fans, however, we are currently in the process of updating the rooms, but with the busy season upon us, not every room has been updated at this time.We hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay, have a great summer.
