Great place, clean, modern and so central for old town. Laura is so nice and will do anything to help. It is up stairs as most places are in the old town and no lift. Good coffee machine. Nice toiletries and towels. All you need for a great stay. If you are torn between here and somewhere else I’d highly recommend here!

Our flight was delayed and whilst we had informed the hotel, they were unable to stay until we arrived (a group of 9 people arriving at 1:30am) which was probably fair enough but it meant we had to spend 30 minutes trying to find the hotel (hidden down an alley) and then the keys. We were walking in an out of buildings in one dark alley (even though the taxi driver dropped us as near as possible). The room looked beautiful and the bedding was good quality but it was stifling hot in there. They were very strict about kicking us out at 10am on the dot.
