The front desk guy wasn't accommodating when ask. The first room provided was an extremely disgusting order of mold and cat urine. The next room was a bit better smelling however was not very clean. Microwave plate had an thick greasy layer substance, fridge had debris and the sheets had ink looking spots. The breakfast area was not kept up on, there were not a complete continental breakfast as described. The housekeeping staff that was on duty during my stay was amazing and accomendating. She went above and beyond for me and my family wish that i can remember her name because she needs to be recognized for her get customer service.

Clean the floors.
The floors were so disgusting we had to shower our kids and then put socks on to walk to their beds...and then carry them to the car.

Clean but lamps had no light bulbs , most of the outlets did not have power in the table between the beds, and in the sink area by the bathroom , clock was broken. Clerk and the cleaning lady were very pleasant some things you had on your side, the continental breakfast was just okay,
Yogurt, juice from machine, bagels, no bread for toast
instant oats maple no plain, grits and make your own waffle. Down fall did not open until 8:00 not even to get a quick coffee. I've never stayed at a place that did not have coffee 24 hours travelers like coffee does not matter what time. But it did suit my needs at the time. I traveled for a family funeral.

Stayed here only because all hotels in Florence SC, our intended destination were booked. Checked in after 11PM, didn't even enter in lobby, but passed my ID through to the employee on duty, who, in turn, passed me the keys.
Room was clean, and provided a place to sleep for 7 hours before leaving to continue our trip

The property presents well, but the place was filthy. I’m big on wiping things down and expect some dust. The floors were dirty. It seemed like they had never been cleaned. There was one staff designated for cleaning the front desk person helping her.
We had to buy cleaning supplies for the bathrooms and the floors. There was hair in the linens when we pulled them back.
Unfortunately, it was a holiday weekend and no where for us to go. It was an uncomfortable stay for the money.
The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.
